MI-BOX is local company providing a quality service at a reasonable rate, the owners are local people just like all of us, do yourself a favor and use a Local company who work hard and provide a great service. here'san example of great service, I called to have MI-BOX picked up the day before it was to charge the monthly rate, Jennifer the owner called the other owner ;her husband' and he made the time to pick up the box so my account wouldn't be charged, who does that. a local taking care of a local. And if he wasn't able to get she said she would only charge half the monthly rate. Definitely recommend them for your storage needs, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

We used MI Box to store our garage while the floors were getting epoxied. I chose them because of their flex system for placing the box, our paver driveway was reasonably new and having weight dropped made me a little nervous. I was also a little nervous because their price was so much lower than the other temporary storage companies. They say you get what you pay for. We definitely got more than we paid for. The customer service was outstanding and they were able to work with our timeline. And, no effect on the pavers. I will always recommend Mi-box and also use them for any future needs.

We used MI-BOX for our move and I will be a customer for life! They made a very stressful move much easier. We initially only ordered one container (which came right on time without issue) because we thought it would be enough; however, after realizing last minute that we would need another, they were able to quickly fit us in for another container the next day despite it being the busy moving season. Then, when we arrived at our new property, they were able to push back the delivery of our containers later in the day to align with our move-in times. Throughout the whole process, they were always happy and willing to work with us to make our move go smoothly. And everyone from the driver to the phone operator were kind and friendly (and their price was great compared to the competiton)! Definitely consider using them for your next move!

They were very easy to deal with and the price was very reasonable. They delivered the storage box on time and were gentile with the delivery. They did not markup my driveway. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. Delivered on-time; driver was amazing backing in and placing the pod. Our project was delayed and they accommodated a 2 day extension easily. I would definitely recommend.

From the first contact, I had to the coordination of the delivery to the actual delivery day to when I requested for them to pick up the box 100% professional carrying staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience if you need temporary storage or relocation staff services
