Cody is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping people reach their goals and overcome injuries. He also does an amazing job of helping his clients with their overall mindset to transfer to their day to day lives! He is caring and very detail oriented when it comes to his programming and he does whatever he can to help his clients succeed. He also creates a welcoming environment where beginners will feel just as comfortable as advanced gym-goers, and his workouts and check-ins are actually fun. I cannot recommend him enough!

I couldn’t ask for a better trainer honestly. Cody’s always been available to help and has a very flexible schedule. Between quick responses over text and giving great nutritional advice, he and his personal gym are anything anyone trying to get in shape could ask for. Cody’s really friendly and is always willing to give you the boost of encouragement/confidence that anyone needs to accomplish anything really. Midpoint Fitness is the right place to go for all your fitness needs and wants! I highly recommend it.

Precise and attentive in methods. Addresses the important foundational fixes before sending you to trial by fire. Doesnt sugar coat the truth or baby you. Gives you what you need and tells you how to fix bad habits. Very personable and easy to get along with.

Cody was awesome !! My son had to lose 15 pounds in 2 months in order to go to Air Force Basic Military Training. Along with a meal plan and training sessions, Cody had him reach that goal in only 1 month and then continued to train and mentor my son. His date to leave for basic training got delayed, so I continued to have him train with Cody until he left for basic training. After 4 months, my son had lost over 30 pounds and felt extremely confident. He even let Cody buzz his head before heading to boot camp (the Air Force was going to do it anyway, but again another confidence booster !!). So, if you are looking for a personal trainer who listens, cares, and gets results, I highly recommend Cody at Midpoint Fitness.Thanks again,Richard R.

Cody with Midpoint it a great resource for igniting and supporting your wellness journey! I had the pleasure of working with Cody for a shorter period of time, but it was impactful. Cody really pays attention to your individual needs/capabilities and encourages you to maintain a sustainable structure so you don’t get overwhelmed. Cody is a great guy to work with. Not only is he constantly available but he listens and adapts workout regimens as well as nutrition to serve your needs. I’ve been working with him for a year now and I’ve seen great results. I’ve worked with many trainers and programs going on 10 years now and midpoint fitness has been my favorite so far.

Cody is freaking amazing. I've been working with him for just about 3 months now. He takes into account our starting points, our medical history, our jobs, and our goals before putting his clients into a program.I never really considered working on nutrition, but with Cody's knowledge we started working on my nutrition, and I've been noticing a huge difference in my body. Adding to that the accountability that he brings, is huge. I've been an athlete my whole life, but started 'slacking' when I didn't have someone behind me. The processes and systems that he uses are so beneficial for people like me who need some structure, and for people who are working with a personal trainer for the first time.He approaches his programs differently than other trainers, has a fantastic hybrid, in-person, and on-line program, so that no matter where you live, you can work with him.He's always there if we need to ask him questions, his weekly check ins are great and he always gives a lot of information, but doesn't over do it.

I’ve been a client for several years and have nothing but good to say about Cody. He spends a tremendous amount of time educating and customizing the workouts to you individually to work with your strengths and weakness.Cody’s personal style is that magic mix of pushing hard enough for improvement without being a drill sergeant.
