Very professional in both Collison and Service Departments. The hourly charge was a bit higher than allowed by my extended warranty with Omega. $210/hr vs the $140 allowed. However all dents were fixed perfectly and the service issues were taken care of

Trey Rich was my sales agent at Taska. I reside in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania purchasing this vehicle from Trey in Melbourne… To be delivered to Birmingham Alabama, where my son lives
Because of out of state purchase regulations and some other chaos that I created this gentleman was able to end everything seamlessly! He forwarded pictures, fielded questions and concerns outside of office hours, Made me aware of a recall that was outstanding and handled it before the vehicle left Taska, waited after hours to guarantee the auto carrier Safely loaded the vehicle for delivery. I’m not sure if it’s standard operating procedure, but he also took photos and four of them to me confirming that the vehicle was loaded and was leaving the dealership!
This review is approximately 16 days later… I had just reached out to gather some important information. I need to move forward immediately replied and provided me with everything I need.
My recommendation: Raise/promotion or both

Went in to see if Tasca could help me with a trade-in for a disappointment from another dealership. I was greeted by Hunter and after hearing my story he did an amazing job finding me a replacement vehicle that worked within my budget. The great thing is I got an upgrade as well with the GMC Sierra Elevation model. I can’t say how pleased I was working with Hunter, Jason, and all the team members that assisted me Tuesday. Their service department is top notch as well. Best GM dealership to date for me and definitely the very best in the area!

Received a quote via email in a pdf. Declined the work order. Went to pick my vehicle up and they charged almost 2.5x what the “approved” work stated on the estimate I received. I was also told I could not drive the vehicle by the service rep that it had to have work completed to get running again. I called 3 different places and received quotes for $800 to fix what they were charging $3500 for. When I went to pick up vehicle, they drove it out to me to pick even though I was told it would not run unless I had them fix it. The service manager told me that he would see what happened and call me back….It’s been over two weeks now and nothing. Be cautious of what they say and shop their repair prices before having work completed.

We recently bought a used vehicle from another dealer on the west coast of Florida. We had an issue with the passenger side headlight not leveling. Tasca is our local Cadillac Dealer/service center. The vehicle is still under warranty. The headlight assembly was replaced under warranty with no cost to us. The service center was great. No issues at all. Greg Gorman was very helpful and friendly. The service required us to leave the vehicle till the next day while they waited for parts. Service was completed earlier than expected the next day. The shuttle service they provide was great as well.
