Service personnel intake are either lazy or dishonest, maybe both. Changeover in personnel since Tasca took over is noticeable. Take your GM car to the Chevy dealer.

Julio was very good to me and my mom during the process of buying a car for my mom even though we came into a issue he work really hard with financial to make sure my mom left with her new vehicle and I want thank the financial department for making everything smooth for us and once again thanks Julio ?

I'm sitting here at Tasca for 2 hours and all they have done is wash my car...I came here for an oil change and to rotate my tires and check fluids. This is ridiculous, I've been here since 1:20It is now 3:20.

Met with the manager to try and sell my car, he was very friendly, gave great details about what they can do. While we didn't ultimately make a deal, despite a very fair offer, they made me want to be a customer in the future for sure. Everyone I met there was great!

Clarice was the only one who greeted us. The guy to the left of the front door didn't even look up from his phone. No model to drive. Disappointing

After receiving a quote to fix my vehicle of 9500 dollars a tech approached me to buy it for 1000. After towing it away and getting it fixed for 500 dollars I will never trust tasca again. I will never buy anything from them or use there services.

Know their product... Easy to negotiate... Attentive to customer.Oil change/tire rotation appointment... Free car wash... The waiting room is inviting... The place is immaculate...

Great service from the service department. Greg is always friendly and makes the issue at hand not seem so bad.

The service team is very friendly. It was refreshing to deal with genuinely caring people. Greg and Tom helped me out in a tight situation and got me back in my truck before the day was over, even though nothing went according to the plan. If you're in the market, check them out. We can all use a little more kindness these days.

They really don’t listen to their customers at all. I hate wasting time. They will definitely waste your time, albeit most dealerships will. Wired funds for a vehicle we ordered and said I will be in to pick it up on this day at this time, “Have everything ready, printed and ready to go.” Yes sir, no problem. Everything will be ready. We get here and then the questions start. “Well let us get the paperwork ready for you.”
