Terrible experience with the printing service! I had a same day order for business cards which they couldn't produce because they were out of stock (or so they thought). They had me cancel my order. When I tried placing a new order, they picked up the phone and told me to hold. For the next 10 minutes I would hear Jennifer and her colleague cursing and complaining. Nobody ever picked up the phone. When I hung up and called back, they told me that they made a mistake and actually had the material in stock but overlooked it. You'd think they'd try to make it right but they didn't. Just said I have to make a new order for the next day even though I only cancelled because of their mistake. I'll try to avoid this store.

An employee was so sick and her deep coughing I could hear all the way back of the store. I asked as I approached two employees at the cash register by the printer if one of them was coughing the employee said it was her, a paper mask on her face. I asked her not to check me out please because I don’t want to get sick. I have two day airplane trip ahead of me. The other employee snarked at me and checked me out. WHY IS A VERY CONTAGIOUS SICK PERSON WORKING?? Coughing so deep and loud! She is sick, send her home for the sake of herself but especially for the customers.

I went to office depot today to purchase memory for my computer. They had the product I needed but kept trying to give me a more expensive version from the case than what I asked for. Then she tried to say that the sale/clearance price was higher
She just kept saying how they've been marked UP for clarence.
Marked up from $92 to a clearance sale price of $169
I can't shop where the employees are so mentally disconnected from reality.
Reality is, they have three different versions of this brand memory in stock, but mentally they can't handle the branding similarities that is NORMALLY clarified by checking the model numbers.
I ultimately went to walmart where the same brand/model correct NVME memory was only sixty dollars.
Office depot,,, get your act together or fade away.

If you have a return to mail, do not waste your time going here. The manager will not take 2 seconds to type it in the computer when all the other employees will. The scanner never works so they will not take your package. I have yet to have a package go missing prior to this new rule. Very poor customer service.

Gabby was a lifesaver! I arrived in a panic because I needed documents printed ASAP. Gabby not only expertly guided me through the trouble shoot, she didn't make me feel like an uneducated idiot. She was friendly and very kind! Promote Gabby, she's amazing! Or at least give her a raise. She's a rare gem!

I recently visited the Office Depot store in Viera, FL, to purchase a desk chair for my office space at home! Wow! Wow! Wow! The customer service is impeccable, and I am blown away by the services I received! While there is a need for more employees, there was no lack in their service with a smile! The Manager, Ms. Brandy, and John assisted me on yesterday as I purchased the chairs for my office space. Today, I received a call that my chair was ready. I was so pleased and rushed to pick up my chair.
The employees in this store enjoy their jobs, and they put their customers first! They work hard and understand the mission of putting their customers first! I am so grateful to walk into this store and know that my office needs as a customer will be met because they truly care!

I needed to send information to my son. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with self service and then choosing another way to send the message. They even stayed after closing so I could complete my work. 5 stars to them!

This store is a complete dumpster fire. Print and Copy center should be shut down until they have trained personnel. Manager is new and only 3 weeks on the job and seems to have never worked in this environment. Ruined a posted we were trying to get laminated. Went in again today against better judgement to mail a package and someone had dropped the printer for labels. Waited 10 mins while manager was chatting at front counter.

I created my own planner and went into the store with a flash drive and after bringing it up on the computer the associate was very nice, but he told me that the new manager wants things to go through the website and not to take a job in store. he gave me a quick tutorial and after about 15 minutes I walked out with no project uploaded. I went online today to upload my project and the formatting is all wrong, I called the store telling them the situation and I was told to call a "help line" that "all they do all day is fix problems." I don't want to sit on a help line, I travel and I have to schedule my time like most Americans. I asked, "why do I have to come in, be sent home, and then have to sit on a phone to give you business?" I was told, "we can take it in the store if you want, but we prioritize online orders they come first." WOW!!! A customer who is in your store with money in hand is second??? This is not how business grows or is sustainable. The sheer lack of any form of customer service is abhorrent and the direction of a manager to send customers out of the store??? Well maybe that is why the Office Depot near me closed!
