“I was driving down the freeway and my tire light came on. I pulled over and heard a hissing sound from a screw in the tire. I did manage to get the spare on.
Back on the road, I found Kendall Automotive just by chance.
The Service Advisor had me bring my car to the side of the building and a mechanic would meet me there.
It was a hot day and so I went inside to cool off while he repaired my tire in the heat of midday.
I could see him patching the tire and then taking the spare back off and replacing it with my newly repaired tire. He then put the spare back in its tire well and locked it in.
He had put everything back in its place.
The whole process took about 15 minutes.
I went to pay and the Gentlemen behind the counter said, No charge. I was shocked and also very thankful.
In this day in age when businesses charge 3% to a customer for using a VISA or an Airline charging more for an exit row, it's unheard of for a company to say... No Charge.
No Charge for the work, for the quick turnaround or getting me out of a jam.
I will definitely be back to buy new tires from Kendall, even though its 30 miles from my home.

“Only complaint I have is that my trust information and what services we done in other locations do not show up. I've had the AC, front, oil change, diff fluid changes and transmission fluid changes. But it doesn't show in there system. However the staff was very friendly and I plan on going back to get the sway bar links done”
