Technician and quality manager lack attention to detail. After having my vehicle for 22 days they failed to paint a section that was documented in post crash pictures, glued the vehicle make on less than square, would not repair a sensor telling me that it could not break due to the result of a crash, and told me the scratches on my paint were due to air flow between the cab and bed. I regretfully had them paint a section that delaminated and ended up with many defects in the paint. Classic Collision paid for my rental car on the second time that they were fixing the paint but did not setup payment for the rental and put Enterprise in a tough spot with me standing in their office, late for work.

Great company. I’ve used other body shops in town who have been wonderful, but this one was able to get me in way more quickly and they did fantastic work. They handled the entire claim with zero drama. Thanks!

A semi auto merged into my car after a bad accident on the highway and the lanes were condenses to just one. The long spikes of their front passenger tire dug into the driver side of my car as you can see. This company was in network with my insurance and I had to drop it off after hours. They contacted me next morning and maintained communication every other day through call and their email updates. Rachel is the one who I spoke to and she was very knowledgeable, courteous, and gave me the rundown. I didn't know what to expect after the repair - they did an absolute phenomenal job. The pictures can only speak for themselves. Their whole team are experts in the field and. I highly recommend them!

This shop is a preferred repair shop for my insurance. I had my Escalade repaired here and the work was very disappointing. All the clips for the bumper are still broken, the broken sensor was never replaced, and they billed the insurance company for these new parts. I now opened a second claim and am having this fixed the proper way. I can only hope my insurance company will handle the fraud they committed. Total waste of my time taking my car there.

If you want to get better experience, please don’t waste time on this shop, go Oliver or Macco, my insurance sent me there and came to the shop on appointment time,spent 30 mins waiting on the guy to do the estimate for a scratch fender. I missed my work shift beacase their poor efficiency! Well, I got the estimate for my car insurance, but I will never come back for repairing my car in their shop. PS: Tina should focus on the professional customer service rather than talking dairy with customers

I am on my third time using this shop and each time it has been amazing. I get weekly text updates about the status of the repair and even with parts delays and issues I still knew exactly what was happening every step of the way with updates either by text or personal calls from the manager, Chris. The first two issues were major car wrecks that went through my insurance and the third was a small repair from someone trying to break into my car that they handled right away. The customer service is above and beyond and I would recommend their product time and time again. I have had no issues with any of the repairs. In fact car looks better coming out of the repairs than when it went in.Thanks to Chris and the entire team.Services: Steering & suspension repair

If there was less than one star, I'd give them that rating. We have NEVER been treated with such disrespectful front office any where. When I brought my car back to be rechecked, a woman and her side kick came out and stated I'm not helping you. "We fixed it in May we're done" They said it was just bodywork, but they replaced a brokenTie-Rod . Car is still making noise for almost a year now . Scary driving down I95. Ya think??? We went back to them three times based on our insurance suggestions. My feelings are, they did MINIMAL work for full pay from my insurance company. Buyer BE WARE. Responding to business management: The insurance sent us back there... This crazed lady came out of your garage it the office with her side kick to intimidate my husband. He was asked to leave. He barely got a word out. If that how you take pride in your business, we don't want it. I'm taking this to corporate with my Insurance. They dropped you once, The work is accident related. That is WHY he was there. She was unprofessional and extremely rude. Once again uterine beware. Half the repair and full payment from the Insurance co.
