Brought a tall kitchen bag of baby clothes a pair of boots and booties. Halloween outfits. They paid me 40.00 and I got some items back they did not want. They only gave me one bootie back and one boot back. I went in the store to ask about the missing bootie and left my phone number and I called the next day and let them know I was missing a boot too. Left my number again and still no call. I will not sell my clothes to them again. Waited at least 1 hr for them to give me a price for clothes.

NEVER WILL I BE RETURNING HERE TO PURCHASE NOR SELL!!!
It's about time for me to write my peace of mind since it has happened to me before on a few visits back and as of today. I drove there with my 6 months old child, and it took me 35 mins to get there. Went in first to ask if they're accepting items, I was told yes and to bring my stuff in before I can sign in. About an hour later, I got the notification and went back in only to be told, 'My items smelled as though they were moldy but there is mold when checked,' said the cashier. Of course, you didn't see any because there is NONE!!! I was mortify because, to my knowledge there was no mold scent whatsoever, nothing but brand new, gentle used items, I even washed the activity mat the day before.
Im not upset because my items were rejected. I'm upset with fact that management have the audacity to lie about something like that because they just dont want to purchase your items. They don't care about anyone's labor, time and gas, that person took to get all the way there, just to be told basically your stuff is rubbish and only to be humiliated in such manner. They could have just told me right there and then when I asked, that they are not accepting. I stood there and saw many bins were getting accepted except for mine. Again, it has happened to me before and now I am starting to wonder as to why. Have some respect and learn how to value ones time.
Wish you guys the best of luck and note you lost a loyal customer and as a mom, I'll be spreading the word around. I'm sending a copy of this to the BBB and have them decide if this is how a customer should be treated.

Toys are overpriced. Some toys having same price as new at the store! I like to buy shoes and books from this place only.

A lot of the toys they are selling in bags is more expensive than if you buy it brand new in the store. Saw stuff from the target $1 section being sold at $1.50 ??

Drove how many miles to this location, drove 45mns. since the one near us doesn't currently accept newborn-9mos due to over supply.
They rejected me for not having a physical ID, I do have a digital copy which I didn't have any issue using in other branches, but they still denied me service.
Very frustrating! Wanted to look at some clothes but didn't bother since it's very frustrating driving all that way for nothing, didn't even try to ask, I never had issues with digital ID with other location, guy just upright rejected me.
I feel like I've been racially profiles even asked me if I have a passport. I kept on saying I have the digital copy of my license on my phone, why does he need to ask for my passport.

Great store; pretty well organized and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Selling back and buying used has made it so we can enjoy so many different kinds of play without going broke. ?

Horrible first & LAST time I will NEVER go back I took my baby old clothes he couldn’t fit anymore some of the items were BRAND NEW they said they will go through the items and they will text or call me hours went by no call no text so I decided to call them. I spoke to a worker he tells me “well we are closed now & we are taking the items as store credit.” Didn’t give me a choice to come back & get the items or anything & once again the stuff was BRAND NEW. They never have to worry about me EVER coming back they are full of B.S

First trip they said they couldnt exchange $70 worth of clothes that were bought the previous day because there wasn't a reciept (eveything had a tag still) instead had to "buy" it therefore $70 of clothes bought the previous day with the tag when returned because they didnt fit (not to mention theres no dressing room to see if they fit) turned in $3.65 store credit. Then on the second trip I had 2 pairs of jeans in the bag for a seperate store that I specifically told the clerk was not theirs and was not being returned i returned a few pairs that were also in the bag when he came back with the bag it was empty and they didnt give store credit or even mention the pairs of jeans that were mine when asked the clerk called someone over and all they said was "you need to stop accusing my employees of stealing" I replied I'm not accusing anyone of anything im letting you know you need to check your cameras because you have a theif in your store. I was competely blown off. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE RUDE MANAGMENT, THEFT BY EMPLOYEES, AND OVERALL DISTASTFUL.... considering its supposed to be family owned and opperated and theres crooks working there. When I first entered the store I wondered how the clothes were nice AND cheap.... well now I know theiving items where they can and "BUYING" $70 of their same inventory back for $3.65. WILL NEVER RETURN TO ONCE UPON A HEARTACHE.

This place is amazing! It was huge! Rows and rows of beautiful clothes and shoes and toys and accessories. It was so organized and the prices were incredible. It was our first time in and we were pleasantly surprised so, it won't be our last!

Always have an excuse not to buy clothes and always have new policies they don’t update on website or social media. I always drive 30 mins here and they never take me even when I show up at 5pm and they close at 8pm!
