I purchased a starter for around $100 because it was the cheapest option available nearby when my car stuck due to weak battery. At the time of purchase, the seller did not inform me that it was possible to loan the device.
When I later tried to return the item, the seller refused to accept it back, citing that it was a non-refundable item.
Overall, I had a very disappointing experience at this shop, and I would rate it one star due to the lack of transparency and poor customer service.

Everyone in this and every other oriellys I’ve been in has been friendly and helpful except today. Funny because he is the manager. Hopefully Kenneth is just having a bad day. If not maybe he should consider a job where he doesn’t have to talk to people. Not a pleasant experience.

I only shop Oriely’s for my car and truck parts. I’m always satisfied with the service, quality parts and warranty. Most the hand tools are lifetime guarantee. The rent a tool program is awesome for when you have that job you don’t have the tool for. The rewards program is awesome. Oriely’s is my go too one stop shop for everything.

Stopped in to get parts for my truck… the parts they didn’t have in stock they were able to have the sent over within 2 hours. Staff is fantastic and attentive.

Well well well!! What to say about this WONDERFUL store! We'll for starters these workers DO NOT want to work or even know what the hek they are doing! We go in telling them "hey we pulled in the store and parked our car and now our car doesn't want to start what can it be?"
They decide to bring the machine out to check the battery and they tell us flat out it's the alternator and they check to see if they have it in stock and of course they DON'T! We proceed to go to Auto Zone and tell one of the guys there at Auto Zone that we need an alternator because the guys at O'Reillys checked our car and that came out as the problem the car is having. The guy at Auto Zone looked at us and said "Are you sure the alternator is the problem because it sounds like that could be a battery problem" he proceeds to check the alternator and it came back just fine and he then proceeds to talk us threw what to do next to check and see if it's the battery or the alternator. We leave Auto Zone and go back to O'Reillys where our car is parked and not mobile and remove our battery from our car and we tell one of the employees what the guy at Auto Zone told us and if he would check our battery again now with the battery out of our car. Sure enough the guy flat out lies to us and tells us he can't test my battery because the battery needs to be charged up before he can test it. I just tell him to give me my battery and I proceed to head to Auto Zone to purchase a battery there and the guy there just starts laughing after I tell him what the guy at O'Reillys tells me. He checked the battery and sure enough it fails the test marking 0% on the machine! I was so pissed because my husband spent more than a hour or 2 trying to take our alternator out the car for then it not even be the dang problem in the 1st place and have taken it out for NOTHING! Long story short here. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION you'll be disappointed and may leave upset like we did. If need to go to an O'Reillys location go to the palm bay rd location and see my guy Manny! He's the best of the best!!

I purchased a bulb replacement for my left rear turn signal. Your company says they will put it in for free.The person waiting on me had no idea how and stated he was the only one there! My garage charged me forty dollars plus tax to put in one bulb.

Was very helpful staff, was greeted as soon as went thru door. And helped me get exactly what I needed then very happily away I went. The staff also goes above and beyond to make it's customers happy and satisfied. They will help you get the part you need even if they don't have it.
