If I could rate this office 0 stars I would...the Dr wanted me to start PT because of my flat foot and I wás told by the front desk that someone would call me to set it up and I haven't received one phone call... I won't be returning to this office and I will find a different doctor and staff who actually cares about their patients and maybe i should file a formal complaint with my insurance company

The staff has been nice enough, but have been totally ineffective dealing with the contractor they use to make orthotics, JSB Orthotics. It has now been 6 months since my first visit, two fittings, multiple visits, and still no orthotic has been produced. To add insult to injury, apparently a new shoe that I supplied upon request has been lost. The pair cost $155. One star is a gift as no stars is not an option. Upperline's fault? JSB's? It doesn't matter as I expected Upperline to solve the problem and to date they have failed to do so. I have given up.Update. After 6 1/2 months the orthodic and shoe were delivered thanks to Upperline's persistence.

Never set my MRI up called 2 times and had to leave message cause they were too busy to answer phone never got back to me. Couldn't work in boot couldn't get a hold of anyone to write a note for work. Terrible.

The Melbourne location is horribly run. My wife had an appointment last week. They never sent her script to the pharmacy, never sent her PT request. As the situation got worse, we called the office for TWO days and got no response. I had to call and be angry just to get an appt for her. The 9AM appointment (FIRST OF THE DAY) became after 1030 as she just sat in a room and didn't get seen. I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism in this office.

By far the worst experience at a doctors office I have ever experienced when it has come to billing. Per the billing statement I received I was to call the 407 number to speak with someone in billing. When I called the number is disconnected. When you call the 877 number and select option 1 for doctors seen in Florida it rings twice and goes to voicemail. I never received a call back from the billing department until I called the office and they informed me the case was closed. However it was not because I have now been charged twice for the same visit! I then requested a call back and spoke with Jamie. She said I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and left it at that. I tried to call back but then had to leave a voicemail. I went on the patient portal to print out a receipt of the payment history to send to my credit card company and there is nothing to be found on the patient portal. I then sent them a message through the patient portal asking them to email me a receipt (which contains no HIPPA information) and was informed I could not receive it by email and I would have to go to their office to pick it up!

Dr.Zappasodi was very helpful for my foot pain .. diagnosed it with Plantar Fasciitis, gave me a cortisone shot , along with other instructions and exercises to do .. I was able to walk again without the severe pain in 2 days .. the staff was also very helpful, professional and friendly.. no long wait time.. I would highly recommend them for your foot and ankle problems! ?
