So I purchased $500 of gift cards in November after having bought Texas Roadhouse cards 2 yrs prior. Mistake. My wife and I have been going for the last 5 months and we are very disappointed. I want to be clear that it is NOT just this location either. We have been to Vero and Orlando locations too. The prices are VERY high. I just paid $15.49 for 8 wings that were terrible. Also, I was told that you can't combine rewards and gift cards. Had the carrot cake there once and threw half away. They offered me cheesecake at a later visit and it was just as bad. I will finish off my gift cards and I am NOT going back. I was invited for lunch recently to Texas Roadhouse for lunch after not having been there for 6 months and what a difference in just the burger. I will be going there for now on.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Outback in Viera! From the moment you walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The ambiance was perfect, and the food was cooked as requested. A special shoutout to the waitress MIA!!! who made the dining experience truly fabulous!!!And to Tiffany the Manager on Duty, It's evident that she genuinely cares for her patrons, her staff, and the overall dining experience. I will return next time I am in Viera.

We had a great dinner tonight at the Outback Steakhouse in Viera. It was all made better by our waiter, Jorge. He was very attentive and took great care of us. Tiffany, the new Restaurant Manager, was sure to come check on us as well throughout our meal.Kid-friendliness: They were great with our kids.

No one in the restaurant. Waited 10 minutes to get seated. Waited 10 minutes for a server. Now your server doesn’t bring your drinks or food. Waited 10 plus minutes for drinks & more for bread. Our bill was incorrect. Our server was also the bartender and had 5-6 tables as well. Service was terrible. Maybe 4-5 tables in the entire restaurant. Won’t be back.

Valentines night was packed. We arrived packed waiting area. Sat in 15 minutes!Alice was our server again place packed. Alice took our order with some tuff requests! Absolutely nailed it!! Very nice place to eat... Wish I would have taken pictures. Server was Melissa and she was amazing. The young man at the bar also assisted and he was super too. The food was great. My only issue is as with everywhere else today... SUPER EXPENSIVE! I know it's steak but geeze... anyways... it was a good dinner at $65.00 for 2 peeps... The blooming onion was perfect... get one...

My significant other it went to Outback on Saturday night arriving around 9:00 p.m. Shortly after arriving, the fire alarm started blaring, which no one was able to turn it off until a good 3/4 of the way through our visit. (I will say they tried their darndest to muffle the sound.)My significant other and I ordered the same thing the ribeye and shrimp combo rib eyes medium rare with the coconut shrimp.When the food arrives, mine had the wrong type of shrimp, which was fixed promptly. However, my significant other steak was severely undercooked and legitimately cold to the touch.When our waiter, Eric, checked in, we told him about being undercooked and he said he would get it fixed. And about 1 minute later, he brought back a warm steak. Cutting it open, thought, you could clearly tell it was microwaved and now was medium well and tough. (My significant other used to be a girl Master another Steakhouse and can recognize this sort of thing.)Not wanting to be "those people" he resigned the fact that he was going to have a bad meal and proceeded to the restroom. At that time, I flagged Eric over to discuss this.This young man showed genuine concern that the steak was not properly cooked, again, and offer suggestions to rectify the situation. Not only did he bring my significant other back a full meal, but the steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection! I mean, it was better than mine (and mine was great).I also heard him speaking to the manager or someone else regarding the situation and he made sure that our night was not ruined. Here it is, almost 2 days later, and my significant other and I are still talking about how that young man turned our night around. In this day and age you don't see a lot of customer service like he portrayed that night. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty and it really, genuinely meant something to both he and I.I truly hope this young man gets recognized for his customer service, for he is someone who deserves it.Eric if you get a chance to read this Tiffany and Dan thank you for what you did and we will be sure to return to Outback in the future, all because of you.

Jorge P was outstanding, as was the food, atmosphere & management. You truly can't go wrong at Outback, it's always very very good. On the rare occasion when it's not, they do everything in their power to make it right. The service staff is a true team, they all take care of all the customers, management is always available and the kitchen consistently puts out delicious food. Go for a snack, a meal, a cocktail or 2 and watch your favorite teams on the numerous tv's. Don't forget to ask for a manager and compliment the staff, they love hearing from happy customers!

Food was mediocre at best. I ordered a bone-in T-bone steak medium - it was dry and overcooked. My sweet potato was extremely small and burnt. My husband ordered the pork chops, and they were served warm, not hot, and lacked any real appeal. Server was not attentive. He never asked to refill our drinks, if we needed anything else or if we'd like dessert. Possible lost revenue as more drinks were desired and perhaps a dessert to share. We will not be going back and truly wish we would have gone to Longhorn right down the street.
