“I had a difficult time locating a kitchen faucet aerator that was compatible with my Pur + water filter. No one had what I needed and I was referred to Ace Hardware. I called up and spoke to Steve and then to Pete, who was the plumbing guy and I ended up visiting the store. Kudos and hats off as Pete went above and beyond to solve my issue. He was able to come up with the solution and I would never have gotten what I needed, if not for Ace Hardware and Pete!! Everyone in the store were very friendly and its a very nice store. I brought in a sample hoping they could match the color, and Mike was extremely helpful throughout the process. He explained that since I live in the area, there was a good chance they already had the original color on file — and he was absolutely right. He quickly pulled up the matching sample and provided the exact paint color I needed for my home. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I’m very happy with the customer service and overall experience.”
“They helped me find a high quality outdoor paint for stucco that wasn't overkill (elastomeric). I could buy less paint and spend less time painting because of it. This is my new paint store... used to do Sherwin which was fine, but their pricing is high unless you wait for their massive sales.”
