We arrived Saturday mid day, we were promptly greeted by Jeff. We introduced ourselves, explained our situation, and what we were looking for. He took us right to a vehicle we immediately fell in love with, test drove it and knew it was the one. He worked with the lenders a bit to get us right where we wanted to be and made it happen. Even when we interviewed with the lender on the phone he was impressed with how quickly ALL the paperwork was sent over to make it a seamless transaction.
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Palm Auto and will definitely continue to send family and friends their way. I highly suggest if you’re looking for a quality and affordable used car to start at Palm Auto! 🤩👍👍

DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES from Palm Auto Sales on New Haven Avenue ( 1 92 ) I purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima from them. I paid cash for the sale. 2 days later , the transmission went out. I took it back. Gary ( the owner ) stated they fixed it. I asked him , what did they do to fix it. He was very evasive, and wouldn’t tell me. Anyways , I drove off , used the car for 2 weeks, and the same thing happened. I then took it to a transmission shop. They examined and diagnosed it. Informed me the transmission was no good. I asked , how he fixed it ? They told me , all he did was reset it. Which will only give you a few 1000 miles of driving. If you look at his inventory of cars , you’ll notice a lot of Nissan , Fords etc . These are the cars that usually have mechanical problems. Again , I warn anyone , and everyone to please be careful and diligent when working with this guy by the name of Gary.

Jeff and Gary were both so kind and knowledgeable!!! They gave me a great deal and as long as they’re still here when the time comes to get another vehicle this is the first place I’m coming!! Family friendly environment and they’re not trying to scam you out of your money!!!! Love them!!

Jeff gave a no pressure sales experience and any issues with the car were addressed and rectified immediately! I was able to trade my old car in and got a great deal!
