The sales guys were super helpful and patient. The delivery guy was prompt and helpful too. The pergola itself is gorgeous and I am v happy I went with Red Cedar as I enjoy the look and smell every time I walk into that area of my back yard.

Visor came well packaged and in good shape. I was able to install by myself in a couple of hours.

We stored our visor pergola kit for several months, had to wait for some nice weather. We kept ii in our garage. My husband put it up this week. It took him about 6 hours by himself. We still have to stain it black but we love it! Nothing was warped and it was pretty easy to put up. Our neighbors love it too!!
