I am so glad we used Personal Touch for our new quartz counter tops. They have so many samples in their showroom we needed some help narrowing down all the beautiful choices. Meriany is a pleasure to work with and helped guide us to make the best decision. We redesigned our kitchen layout and their measurer gave us great input on the design, using laser technology which is amazing. Installation was on time and professional. We got exactly what we hoped for and couldn’t be any happier. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new counters.

We were treated like VIP as Regina greeted us and showed us their vast collection of quartz remnants. They pulled out heavy slabs so we could get a better view for as long as we needed. They accommodated our last min rush by scheduling template measurement and installation earlier than promised completing our project in less than 2 weeks! Every staff member was courteous and respectful. We are very pleased with the final outcome and will be back for business here!

Highly recommend! The experience of shopping for our countertops was very pleasant. Meriany answered all our questions and didn’t hesitate to have large pieces of stone and granite moved around just so we could have a better view of what we were looking at. Our installation was done exactly on time and the gentleman who do the install very exceptionally friendly and professional. We are doing multiple projects in our home and will be calling them again and again.

Personal Touch Countertops came highly recommended by our kitchen designer and after our initial visit to their show room we knew why. The staff greeted us immediately as we came in and gave us their undivided attention. They reviewed our floor plans and guided us through the design and selection process using their technical knowledge and experience. Personal Touch provided all the right options with a cost estimate and schedule that they meet and exceeded. The delivery and installation started and completed exactly as planned. Due to the laser technology used to measure our space each part of the installation fit perfectly. The fabrication of the counters and back splashes were finished at the highest quality. The technicians that did the installation were seasoned journeyman and it was easy to see that this was not their first rodeo. The installation was perfect and we could not be happier. I would absolutely recommend Personal Touch Countertops for any job big or small. Thank you to the entire team at Personal Touch Countertops.

We hired Personal Touch Countertops to remove corian kitchen countertops and replace them with granite ones. I found them easy to work with and trustworthy. They were timely in their appointments for measuring, estimating and completing the job. The job included a bar section and a lower section of countertops (plus a couple of small sections next to the stove). The replacement granite fit very well into the exact space of the corian sections removed. Everything looks very good, and we are very satisfied with the completed project.
