The dog trainer at this store is a lunatic. She wants me to put my dog in a cage. I would rather put her in a cage together with the manager of that store and see if they would like to be in a cage.

Went there for a simple nail trim on my Maltese. They refused to do it for lack of a rabies vaccine record. I find that totally ridiculous. It’s not invasive and they were not willing to let me go home and get a copy of it. I wouldn’t let them touch my dog, if my life depended on it

Everyone there is so helpful . The manager there I believe is name Ben he goes out of his way to help and Brian . Plus there is a cashier who was so pleasant and was fun talking with. I don’t know what her name was but we had something in common! We Hate to wrap presents lol !! Maybe that can help. She took care of me very professional and we’re here if you need us! Let me add this to the review. I’ve been a customer here for years. I’ve always had great customer service. Not one bad experience!

We only bought dog treats because we had a gift card. Your store has PANTRY MOTHS! We purchased dog food about a year ago for multiple stores and got pantry moths at home. It was the biggest mess. Purina gave us a refund because the food wasn’t good. The employee acknowledged the pantry moths and said the store couldn’t do anything. What a joke! If I could give zero stars I would.

I never usually go to this store, but I came down here to get my car washed and this store was closer. I really needed to get some food for my fish, it would have been a quick in and out. But apparently this store closed almost a half hour early today. Awesome, so no food for anyone tonight. Never coming here again.

Always a very good experience at this location. Excellent customer service and great prices with price match their online store. Very helpful staff and well stocked store.

Great customer service! Extremely helpful and even took the extra mile to educate us on our new pets and how exactly to make the transition comfortable for everyone and every pet involved. Had great suggestions but not pushy salesman vibe at all. Would highly recommend!!!
