Good variety of products for decent prices. There are a few things we find are a good value here. The staff is friendly and we tend to be able to get in and out quickly.

Terrible service! I wish there was a zero-star option because that’s what they deserve. I booked their grooming + essentials package, expecting quality care, but my dog came back without a bandana or any sign of the perfume that was supposed to be included.
I called to request a refund since I wasn’t willing to return for a re-bath, and the staff was extremely rude over the phone. They only offered me a $10 refund, which is ridiculous. When I initially called to book the service, I was quoted $60 plus additional fees, but I ended up paying $113. Offering me $10 back feels insulting—it’s practically a scam.
Avoid this place at all costs!

I had the worst experience at PetSmart in Melbourne, for my dog’s grooming. I paid extra for the Essential Package, expecting the full service, but my dog came out without a bandana or cologne—both of which were supposed to be included.
To make matters worse, they charged me an extra $20, claiming it was for “30 extra minutes” because my dog supposedly had matted fur. However, when I arrived, they said they had to use a #10 blade due to that but never mentioned there would be an additional fee until after the service.
Finally, they initially told me the grooming would take 4 hours, but my dog was ready in 2.5 hours. If it was done faster, why did they charge extra time?
Overall, I feel overcharged, misled, and incredibly disappointed with the service. I won’t be coming back.

Went to get a certain kind of dog bones. They had them. They also had a 'Go Dog' toy Lizard for my pup and Grandpup. Not many employees, but very nice. It is very dark in there. The lighting is poor.
Stocked neatly tho.

I went in and bought a snake. It was right before close and the lady helping was nasty and rude. I have never regretted a purchase so much in my life. We did not get to look at the snakes or test temperament. We offered to come back the next day and she said loudly enough to embaras us WHAT SNAKE. We just told her the small one and left. I will not go back.

I should have read the reviews first. I just got my cat back from the groomers and I’m very confused as to why he doesn’t smell like any shampoo and why when I brush him he has this much hair coming off if he was just groomed? I don’t know what happened in there but it seems to me like the only thing that was done was his nails being clipped & I believe that was done because I specifically asked about it at drop off. No signs of him actually having a bath or being brushed other than a wet tail.

The two stars is for the grooming here not the store itself. The cashiers at the store are very sweet and awesome but I’m done with the groomers. Won’t be back.

Kristin is the absolute worst manager and person in that place. I have spent thousands of dollars on my pets medicated speciality cat food, and every time I'm in there she harasses me for 1 thing or another. This started when a prescription was out of date and she screamed at me in front of multiple customers, even then it says unlimited refills and was a few days out of date, like I'm selling drugs or trafficking cat food on the corner. She was proved wrong by Banfield 2 times now and continues to harass me when I go into the store. I have to go into the store for this special food, or my animals could get infections and die, and she treats me like trash whenever I go in. It's to the point she take off her name tag when I walk in because she thinks I don't know her name. Speaking with other employees she has the same attitude towards them as well. I hope corporate see this and reaches out to me, if not I will reach out to them about the horrible customer interaction I am forced to continually have when she is working. She should be fired and never be allowed to treat people that shop at your company the way she does.
