They have everything my dog needs and its a friendly and helpful place. The refrigerated dog food is a bit too pricey compared to others but they don't carry low quality fridge food either.

Called the store (Viera) to see if and when they were going to get a particular item. The only thing that I was told was…u are just going to have to check the website daily becauseI can’t tell you if/when we will ever get that item!
Ok, I get it, you CSR doesn’t know if/when an item will come in, however; couldn’t you have asked me to hold and ask the manager?!
What laziness! Never-mind, Amazon has it in stock and it will b delivered tmrw!!
Petsmart…u can do better! Until then, I’m checking Amazon first!!!

Booked a grooming appt for my dog, they shaved him and his nails are shorter. He looks alright but he still smells of dog. Its not as bad as before he got groomed but he isnt exactly smelling amazing.

Pet Smart is a great place. The staff is always very attentive to their customers needs. They are fast to greet you at the door. You can order online. Go pick it up and more.
