I had an excellent experience with the body shop at Toyota of Melbourne. I took my car there for repairs following an accident I was involved in. All of the staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. I have to recognize Zoila for her exceptional customer service skills. She was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She consistently updated me regarding my car repairs-I was kept in the loop the entire time thanks to her. I will continue to bring both of my vehicles to Toyota’s body shop for any and all repairs needed in the future.

Gabriel Almonte took care of me. I have been dealing with getting my lift gate fixed. The extended warranty denied me and he made it happen! If you need stellar maintenance work and have an advocate ask for Gabriel!!!

If I could give more stars I would. I brought my Ford Mustang GT and the body and paint work they did is flawless. They even managed to repair items people didn’t think could be repaired.
Throughout the whole Process Aaron and Seth were incredible, taking my car in immediately and dealing with the insurance company to get everything covered and repaired perfectly. If it wasn’t for them my car wouldn’t have been returned to me like nothing ever happened.
Any one who wants a shop that pays attention to details and fights for you should come here.

Good repair work on a minor scratch.
However, the vehicle was returned back to us with paint over spray or bondo dust covering a quarter of the vehicle after being told it was detailed. What ever it is, it isn’t coming off the car.

So between dealing with insurance and a body shop. Let me tell you that platinum werks took good care of me and my 4Runner I would recommend them to anyone. And if a calm adjuster tells you to go elsewhere that’s because here they will fight for you not against you and help save you money in the long run !!!!!

The guy with the corner office & cowboy boots scared us away from doing business here. From the moment we walked in for our 10 AM appointment to get our car looked at the 2 employees sitting at the desk were complaining about the lack of employeees saying “where tf are the rest of the employees” took 20 min to finally get someone to help us. Cowboy boots took us over because we had questions about the repair time frame and the actual repair itself. He told us that they are going to have to repair stuff even if the insurance/we do not approve it and would be stuck with the cost. We asked if we could prepay the parts to alieviate the time frame of 1 month for repairs. He said it didn’t matter and would still take 1 month + because he can GAURENTEE there is more damages then even there digital quote that they gave us. He kept calling our son a girl and had to be corrected but wants to me believe that he can tell there is a bigger gap. He was condescending saying he didn’t know we worked on cars and if we don’t want to do it his way we were making him uncomfortable and to take our business elsewear. Well we did and got our car back in less than a week.
