I would give this pharmacy less than 1 star if I could. I purchased these items for my wife just 4 days ago, as indicated on the receipt. My wife wanted me to exchange them for something else, and we haven't opened the packaging (as shown in the photos). However, the store refused to exchange or refund them, even though they are still sealed. The manager told me that she can't sell them to anyone else.

I’ve never had a good experience at this low-budget, poorly-stocked, and mismanaged pharmacy. They repeatedly shorted me on my prescriptions EVERY TIME I try to give this place another chance. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

Prime Care Pharmacy will repeatedly short your prescriptions—then make you wait hours as they sort through how they messed up their inventory. They did so with me twice, causing long delays, are super unorganized, and are very unfriendly.

I loved that they delivered yet after yesterday I will never use them again. 5 days ago I brought in my subscription and they told me they had to order and that it would take 4 days. So I had been out of this very important medication since then but waited. When I came to inquire if my order came in he said yes but he would call me right back. He never did. Do when I finally realized he was not going to call me back I called again. They said my insurance would not cover it. Frustrated I agreed to pay the 150.00 anyway since I had been out of the medication so long. They said I missed the delivery time but if I rushed to get there they would wait.?I then paid someone to rush down there. When I got there the same man who never called me back apologized and said my order was never ordered. I was livid and upset. I feel so disrespectful as a longtime regular customer with no regard that I had been out of my medication now for five days and it was too late to get a new prescription from my doctor until 4 more days. All of this could’ve been avoided the first day I brought in my script.

Picking up prescription for finance. He called to verify it was ready (I had to wait an additional 23 min after the 30 min wait time the said)
They wouldn’t let another customers daughter use the restroom after her expressing it was going to be an accident if they didn’t.
(They said someone messed it up pretty bad earlier)
She then proceeded to buy wipes and go outside.
There was 4 employees working. You mean to tell me there wasn’t an employee restroom.
This place is a joke.
When I called to speak with Manager they asked for my date of birth ( I am not a patient and just said I needed to file a complaint put me on hold forever. I then called back- got hung up on and finally got connected once the 4 th time)
Was then told they have no contact for general managers or district managers. Told me to call back to talk to UDAY.

Dirty, disorganized and horrible customer service. I asked the pharmacist how long they been in business because the place was a disaster. I was told they've been there 5 years. ?. I think they've had plenty of time to be clean and organized. The wait time for your prescription is ridiculous. Definitely will not be going back.

Nearly every time I told people I don't need a certain medication I can guarantee I will still get it even though I repeat I don't want that medication.. what is going on with you people?

Avoid this pharmacy. You always have to call and see if your doctor faxed over your prescription. This pharmacy doesn't let you know when your medication is ready to pick up. And they take the longest to process your medication! If you are in a hurry or need your medication right then and their avoid this pharmacy! And worst delivery service ever.

Avoid this pharmacy. You always have to call and see if your doctor faxed over your prescription. This pharmacy doesn't let you know when your medication is ready to pick up. And they take the longest to process your medication! If you are in a hurry or need your medication right then and their avoid this pharmacy! And worst delivery service ever.
