Upon entering the office of Storage Mart at 1060 Polo Dr. Melbourne, FL I was greeted by the friendly staff, and exchanged pleasantries before completing the required documents for the 10'x10' unit I requested online.
On the way to inspect my assigned storage unit I was pleased to see that the grounds and parking areas were free of debris. The access to the elevator was unhampered, and several push carts were readily available. The interior of the building was free of clutter and the hallways were well lit. The unit itself was clean, and the door opened and closed without any issues.
Due to some recent developments I need long term storage, and I'm glad I chose STORAGE MART knowing that my belongings will be safe and secure.

10 stars for Tom & Karen!!!! First of all, renting a unit online was very simple. The condition of the units show they are well taken care of. Once I arrived to move belongings into the unit, I immediately realized I needed a larger unit. Tom was happy to help. He made sure to allow my movers to review the unit as well, to ensure the truck load would fit. Karen ensured the upgrade was documented and charged appropriately. The day was very hot and Tom offered complimentary cold water--a godsend. Both of them were friendly and professional on a day when I really needed it [a lot had not gone as planned]. Their customer service guarantees I will always return to their location any time I need a storage unit. And I'll definitely recommend this location of StorageMart to my local friends/family. Thanks, Tom and Karen!!! Hope your employer treats you as wonderful as you treat your customers!!!

I rented 2 units and forgot to get the paperwork and financial all up to par. I was out of state making a permanent move to FL. and my stress level was rising. Then I got the message from StorageMart, that caused me to panic. I called immediately and Karen and Tom made everything go smooth and helped us get on track. Even when we got to Florida and discovered I had rented wrong size units, TOM WAS THERE TO MY RESCUE. I can NOT thank Tom enough for all his hard work and wonderful people skills. I came to the unit the other day, could not get in and low and behold KAREN was there to help. She was my initial contact in all this and was working along side Tom to get us taken care of. WHAT A EXCELLENT TEAM THESE TWO MAKE ! So please, if you need storage, try STORAGEMART and ask for Tom or Karen. NO DISAPPOINTMENT HERE !

The staff is always amazing and beyond helpful they have went above and beyond since the 1st day we rented and never stopped doing so during the summer offering cold bottled water to staying late. The best customer service hands down. Great teamwork if they can help they most definitely will.

the management and staff at Storage Mart are extraordinary. They go out of their way to help and are very accommodating. The place is very well organized, managed and clean. Looks like they have excellent drainage as well. and they offered the best prices I coul;d find from my search.
I'd highly recommend using this facility.
