“Customer service was nothing but helpful in every regard. They worked out a plan with me to take care of the installation of the tank, the leak test and annual rental. Plus setting up the billing so that usage was in the tenants name.This was in huge contrast to the experience I had with Amerigas. Their records were a disaster, including no record of a leak test which is required by law, no record of having had a new tenant turn off the service 2 days after having paid for the turn on, and putting the payment for gas back in my name with the bill going to the property and not my address. There was also no call to me to verify the change. Getting through to them was to say the least a marathon and their phone system fidelity is appalling.”
