I want to share my experience with ProSource. When I bought the floor from them for my salon they told me everything you could possibly want to hear to sell this floor. They told me it was waterproof. They told me there was a lifetime warranty and if anything ever was to happen that we would just have to let them know and it would be replaced. My floor was laid down by a contractor ProSource recommended. After 3 years the vinyl started to peel from the top. It didn’t lift. The vinyl actually peeled. Which of course caused the seems to loosen and then lift. This was happening in many places in the salon. Which made no sense. How could it chip and peel from the top? I contacted them when it started and was rudely told by the person that sold it to me that she didn’t know who put the floor down so it wasn’t their problem. So after another year I called the main people that own it. And finally got someone to talk to me. Even though the contractor was recommended by ProSource and the floor had a lifetime warranty, they claimed that there was nothing wrong with the floor. Also when the floor started lifting I found out that the professional that did my floor never put the plastic down under the floor. Which I know nothing about flooring or how to do it. So I wouldn’t know if they laid that down or not. So long story, make sure you find out ALL of the details that they do not tell you before buying from them. They will tell you everything you could ever want so you buy their product. Typical “If anything happens we replace the floor for free” lifetime warranty and all that great stuff. But when something goes wrong you are completely out of luck. I wanted to write this so maybe someone else won’t have to go through what I have gone through.

After several failed attempts at getting help in selecting a new bathroom vanity from a local home improvement retailer, so happy I found ProSource of Brevard on google!
Dario guided me every step of the way in the selection process. He spent a lot of time helping me find and choose a good quality vanity, countertop and faucet that would work in my small bathroom. His product knowledge and expertise in the showroom were invaluable, and gave me the confidence to make the right decisions about various product options. Thank you Dario, for going the extra mile!

I worked with Hailey deciding on new tiles for my floor. Prosource has an amazing collection to choose from. Hailey understood my aesthetics and made great suggestions helping with my choice. We went on to working on a bathroom remodel as well and she really helped me choose a great combination after I told her my preferences. She is wonderful to work with, and I will continue going to Prosource for future remodels.

Excellent service, quality products. I shopped a lot and could not find a tile for my niche area of a new shower. I decided to go to pro source as they have so many choices. Run don’t walk to Pro Source for all your flooring needs. Ask for Jessica, she will take great care of you. It’s our second project and she’s was a gem in finding the best fit for our flooring needs. Professional, polite and well versed. 10 stars.
