Store has a serious fly problem, something wrong with the entrance door blowers ???
Flies all over the sub area and had to remake half of a sub.
Sat down to eat upstairs and a fly almost crawled onto my sandwich.
Won't be having lunch here again.

I so admire and appreciate the customer friendly proven and reliable Publix business model - to provide the valued customers with clean, neat, and orderly stores, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful employees, and customer centric service and support. Yes, in many cases their prices can be a tad bit higher but at the same time they offer an array of discounts that makes shopping there not only pleasant and enjoyable but also affordable. By paying attention to BOGOs and other discounts, I often save as much as I spend on top shelf quality products while enjoying a more upscale shopping environment and experience (I spend about $500/month at Publix). Club Publix is well worth joining and they even show you next week's flyer a day before the current one expires which makes meal and deal planning all that much easier. Granted, I am old school so I appreciate all that Publix does to make the shopping experience as enjoyable and affordable as possible...I believe that George Jenkins (Founder) would be proud to see what his dream has turned out to be. Most people focus on price but savvy people look for the greatest overall value and to me the entire Publix experience is all about creating value for the customer!

This is not like the Publix in ormond by the sea. Most of these employees at this location just don't care. Sometimes a 'hello' or 'have a nice day'.. but don't count on it. The high prices at Publix is making me shop at thrifty more often.

We patiently and excitingly waited for the rebuilding and opening of our neighborhood Publix at Lake Washington only to be disappointed. I have never seen a full-service grocery store with a tinier meat department with little selection. I guess I'll keep going to Post Rd. or Thrifty.

Nicely remodeled and clean and friendly... I honestly don't shop here because of the high prices but I do go when they have BOGO. I didn't really spend a lot of time going thru each isle today but I'm sure I will be returning at some point. The upstairs addition with public restrooms seems nice and includes outdoor patio space as well . You can go up via elevator or stairs as well .

I placed a reservation for crab legs a week before Christmas, sadly they were not available for me when I went to pick them up. When I went to the cashier she asked me how my experience was I told her I was disappointed and explained why, she urged me to speak to the store manager he could help. I was reluctant to do so because I don't want to be that customer.... Are you working customer service the last thing you want is one more customer coming up to you with a problem you want everyone to be happy... But I did end up sneaking with a manager named Tim K. What a great fellow he is and extremely helpful. He took the effort to actually drive to another location and get me the crab legs and he delivered them directly to my home, and as a courtesy added an extra pound and did not ask for any money. I was speechless, i still am. My family and I are extremely grateful, it may seem insignificant to some people but to me it meant the world because today was our Christmas celebration for our family. Thank you Tim, thank you graciously, Publix is very lucky to have you, I will always be your customer.

Customer service manager is a scam artist! Tried to take my gift card with $90 on it and said it didn't have any money on it I went to the public 2 minutes away they let me buy my food no problem! I'm calling corporate this guy was training someone and either too d*** to put in the right order or was scamming me! Said I guarantee you that card has no money on it! Well it did and you're gonna hear about this

I don't shop here often but when I do it's a good experience. I mostly go on Wednesday to get sushi ($5 on select rolls) or if I need something I can't get at Aldi. Only bc if an item isn't on sale, it'll cost more here. The store is organized & clean. I have no issues finding what I need. They have a lot of my vegetarian favorites. Their sushi & bakery selections are nice. I've only had their sushi one time where the rice wasn't fresh. I also really enjoy the mushroom bisque from their hot bar. The cashiers are usually pleasant & wearing masks. I never wait long during check out. Oh & it doesn't hurt that they have a Redbox inside.

Love my neighborhood Publix! Moved into this area two years ago and made this location my primary grocery store. For starters, I want to commend them for thorough practice of keeping everyone safe during this COVID era. Every single staff member is always wearing a mask and 99.9% of the customers are always wearing masks! Pro tip: if you leave your mask behind somewhere or rip it (been there done that) they'll gladly provide a free mask at the customer service counter! This location sees me anywhere between 2-3 times a week and each time it's (cue the Publix slogan) "where shopping is a pleasure". The produce and fish sections, which I frequent most, are always fresh and meets my expectations. Literally everything I buy on the regular is always stocked. My only word of advice is be sure to order ahead on their app if you're planing on getting a Publix sub from the sandwich station during lunch hour. Staffing seems to be stretched thin, I get it, so it can take a while (like 20 minutes in line) before you make it to your turn. So obviously plan ahead if you're in a rush!
