Quest is not a good experience. From the tiny waiting room packed with people and only an iPad to communicate with, to the actual patient rooms with stuff, including samples, piled everywhere. I have no idea how Quest gets a single sample correct. It is definitely more luck than actually being good at what they are supposed to be doing. If your insurance will cover it, find somewhere else.

Quick and easy with an appointment. Love the QR code checkin process and the staff is warm, professional and very good at what they do.

I love this Quest location. It was quick and my phlebotomist was awesome. The only issue was trying to scan my id and insurance card in the computer when I checked in, but other than that it was great.

Not pleased with terrible bruising after routine blood draw. Second time in a row has happened. I'm going to local hospital for blood work in future. Doesn't happen post blood draw there.

I have big veins so I should never have trouble. This phlebotomist hurt me and my arm brushed afterward. Facilities have gotten less clean. They also cancel appointments or change them so be careful or find a different lab. I know I'll be trying others. Quest has gotten too big and is beginning to be a monopoly.

Even though they were experiencing issues with their system, they had a great attitude that didnt affect the patients. In and out in 10 minutes. Of course make sure you have an appointment.

So quick and everyone was so nice
