I was so appreciative to be taken at my scheduled appointment time with minimal wait. That doesn't happen at all Quest locations but this location stays timely. Very clean facility with a terrific phlebotomist.

Labotomist was excellent. Great customer service skills, didn’t feel the needle when she drew my blood which is- phenomenal plus and she was extremely thorough. Please thank her for an amazing customer experience.

I had an excellent experience here today! I arrived just prior to my appointment, was able to check-in via a text link, and was in and out in under 10 minutes. It was also the least painful blood draw I’ve ever had thanks to Summer, who was friendly and efficient.

I scheduled online, got their 10 minutes early, was taken early, blood drawn, and out the door on way home before my actual appointment time!
This is the absolute best deal/ process in modern day life!!

I visited Quest last week for blood work, feeling quite anxious due to past experiences where nurses struggled to find my veins. As someone who’s petite, I’ve found butterfly needles work best. Upon arrival, I kindly requested a butterfly needle from the phlebotomist. She informed me they were out but would use a smaller tube instead. I mentioned my anxiety.
During the draw, I felt uncomfortable as my blood was coming in slowly, which heightened my anxiety. Thankfully, the lady brought in another phlebotomist who was wearing glasses but I did not get her name—HER compassion made a world of difference. She comforted me as I began to cry, especially after learning my vein had collapsed. The first phlebotomist then found the last butterfly needle even though she said there weren’t any, and the new phlebotomist skillfully located a vein in my other arm. The process from there was smooth and much less stressful.
While I deeply appreciate the second phlebotomist’s care, I was frustrated by the first phlebotomist's later comment, “You need to drink more water, that’s why we couldn’t find the vein,” which dismissed my concerns and also took no accountability for what might’ve been her technique. I was well-hydrated, having consumed 40 oz of water beforehand, and my lab results reflected this. I now have a lingering bruise at the initial site.
I understand that finding veins can be challenging, but what makes a difference is listening to patients. Had she taken the time to find a different needle or ask for help prior, this would not have happened.

Ridiculous pricing. I went there for a lab test and was told that one of my labs would cost me $300 if my insurance did not cover it. I left, went to Health First and was told that the test would cost me $2.70 if insurance would not cover it.

Sandra at Hibiscus quest is amazing, she was able to get the hard stick on my toddler that 3 others could not at other locations.
