I picked Quest because of time constraints and is only good as a last resort. I checked in from the parking lot through the provided text message and it prompted me to come in and take a seat which I did. After watching several female patients check in and be called back to be serviced I asked if they had me in queue to which the technician replied with “Manuel”? Yea she called you and you weren’t in here. Even though annoyed at the interaction I proceeded inside but said nothing but as I passed the technician she added that I must have taken my sweet time walking in to which I replied “the process of getting a text response and me walking in might have taken 35 seconds”. The tech brushed off my response and told me to go to room 5. I am annoyed with this establishment because I followed instructions and was met with a condescending attitude. I was the only male patient and I can’t understand as to why they couldn’t give me the courtesy to inquire if I was the patient that they had in queue and supposedly called but wasn’t there. As I asked the technician in regards to my appointment she obviously knew who I was and her tone and further responses and demeanor were confrontational. The text response was at 1:37 p.m. and my appointment was not until 1:40 p.m. I was not given the courtesy of appointment confirmation even though I was on time and present, and because I didn’t run inside and my name was supposedly called I was dismissed as a no show and treated as if I was a nuisance. I did not gather the technician’s name, but I am willing to describe her or even make the time to drop by and point her out. Labcorp 6559 N Wickham Rd Building C #106 is just down the road, has a courteous staff and is the much better choice. Thank you.

I am absolutely furious beyond words. I took my 11 year old daughter to Quest Diagnostics for routine blood work because she was diagnosed with mono, running fevers and lethargic and what we experienced was completely unacceptable. While the staff may have been polite on the surface, the level of incompetence and disregard for my child’s wellbeing was appalling.
Not all of her blood work was completed before the technician removed the needle from her arm. My daughter was in severe pain I’m her arm, became lightheaded, and nearly fainted and again, she is only 11 years old. I didn’t even realize what had happened until we got back to the car and I looked over the paperwork, which showed that not all tests had been completed because the technician handed me back multiple papers and one being more lab results that needed to be filled that day.
I immediately walked back in, and despite the fact that my daughter was visibly pale, nauseous, and crying, they told us to sit and wait in the lobby. I eventually had to reschedule for the next day because my daughter was in so much distress I had to make a decision and I took her home.
We returned the following morning with an appointment. Mind you, my daughter, could not even lift her arm because she was still in so much pain from the day prior. The new technician said most likely the one who did her blood the day before hit a nerve. My daughter was fasting for both the blood work and a scheduled ultrasound later that afternoon. I explained this clearly to a technician and emphasized the urgency to draw blood, so my daughter could eat, as we were there the day before and this should’ve already been done. Still, we waited nearly an hour for a scheduled appointment.
We finally left at 10:57 AM just minutes before her fasting window closed at 11:00 am for a scheduled ultrasound with viera diagnostic at 3:00 pm and thank God I had food in the car waiting for her.
Now, after a full week of waiting for her results which normally takes 2 to 3 days she’s been on mandatory bedrest this entire time now I’m being told by quest that they can’t even find her lab results. Are you serious?
The level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and outright lack of care at this facility is disgusting. My daughter is not a number. She is a child, and your failure to do your job properly has not only jeopardized her health, but has caused immense stress and physical discomfort to both of us.
This is absolutely unacceptable, and I expect immediate answers!
If you have cameras, we were in there on Friday, May 30 and Saturday May 31 at 10 AM. You can see and verify everything that I am stating as a 100% fact. To make a sick child diagnosed with mono weight in a waiting room for an hour where she almost fainted the day before, hit a nerve was unable to even lift. Her arm is absolutely disgusting.

Their process for scheduling, checking in and being taken care of, is very easy, quick and efficient. The personnel are excellent at their jobs, friendly and efficient. I received an email as soon as my results were in and it was very easy to access them on the Quest portal.

Outstanding! Clean location, timely, effective and solid communication. Check in was so incredibly easy and convenient. We arrived for our 6:20am appointment at 6:10am, checked in and we were called back very quickly and were out by 6:19am.

What's the point of making an appointment if, when you arrive, there are 10 people ahead of you who also have an appointment and their appointments are past their appointment time?!? I arrived at 2:30 for a 2:40 appointment. It's currently 3pm and 7 people are still waiting ahead of me with appointments that go back to 2:20pm.
The screen in the lobby shows how many people are being served and how many have an appointment ahead of you. Very poor management of this lab. People are in here complaining to the technicians about the wait time.

I always use Quest for my labs. I love that they all show in my Quest account so I have metrics to compare year by year. The location is very convenient, and making an appt is the best way to go--so easy. I'm in and out in no time.

NEVER AGAIN! This is a terribly managed location. I walked out and drove to the Babcock location. Including sign in time at Babcock, I was in and out in about ten minutes with no appointment. I recommend you go there instead. I hate giving negative reviews and normally don't. But this place warrants it.
