Came in today needing help with getting two key blades cut for a 2018 Ford Ecosport I just purchased for my daughter. While another Ford Dealership could not help me, I was in and out in a jiffy. James & Tyler(as well as the entire parts team) could not have been any more friendly, professional and eager to help me out! I am truly impressed.

I just got done spending $14,000 with your dealership on repairing my truck. It was towed back to my house and dropped off broken. I have recordings of the service manager and the service Director in his office. Then someone from from your front desk that said he's pretty much head of the dealer ship. My truck was at your service center five times over the last two years got only 7000 miles on the road total. The last time I was there I refused to pay the guy until I drove off the property. They refused and made me pay. So I drove my truck off I made it 20 miles down the road. And now here's my truck in my driveway. Refused to fix it refused to work with me every single person from the service manager to the service director to the front office manager all refused to help me and said that they refuse to do business with me anymore and said that I'm trying to rob them. Here we go $14,000 later in front of my house. No one tried working with me they got me to get off the property saying they would go look at the truck again and they just loaded it up. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with the guy shoot me away before I even showed up at the front door. Don't get robbed by this company. Good afternoon. I just wanted you to know that we had your vehicle towed to your home. The keys are on the seat. There is no charge to you and we wish you the best at having it repaired at a different facility from here on out. Thank you. This morning No office room number sir. Always here for a minimum of three hours... just for a basic oil change. Always tells me it'll be about an hour. Last visit tried to get me to do a 400$ maintenance which I did the previous time. Luckily I had the receipt because they told me there was absolutely no record of it and I must have been mistaken. Slow and unorganized. There's no reason a basic oil change should take three hours on a morning weekday!

Horrible horrible service. After the fourth time, it's time to leave a review. Lee has ZERO empathy to help customers. Had an appointment today for an oil change, was told it'd be over TWO HOURS. Apparently the person on the phone decided to put it upon themselves to place my appointment as a drop off. I've NEVER left my vehicle, so that was never discussed. I don't have over two hours to wait for an oil change. Another time, had an appointment (like always) and was pushed behind another vehicle with no appointment. Waiting even longer for my oil change because they figured taking a no appointment before my appointment was okay. I can go on and on. Done taking my vehicle here. No wonder they have such a low rating!

kelly Ford has By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. after diagnosing it as a front wheel bearing that I told them was the problem. The tech later wanted to tell me the howling noise was coming from the steering rack and not the wheel bearing. They were willing to sign off on that and let me drive 1000 miles home. I told them I still wanted it changed and after 4 hours to do a 1.5h job I was on the road and guess what. No more noise. they are slow incompetent and lack communication skills I would definitely think twice before taking anything there to be worked on.
