Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to this branch. The Bank of America across the street (by branch) had to close early due to an emergency. All I needed was to break about $100 of large bills to smaller ones. The Wells’s Fargo next door would only do $20 worth, which is ludicrous - it’s exchanging twenties for ones. Even Publix will do that. But Regions let me come in, exchange the bills, and I was on my way. Thank you!

I have no issue with the tellers or bankers at this particular location. The biggest issue I have is corporate pushing them to ask us about opening new accounts and trying to sell us stuff. Also, way too many Gallup polls and feedback questionnaires every time I make a deposit at the bank. I actually don't even want to make a deposit at the bank because I always get these and it is too much. Regions...you are driving away your business asking too many questions and pushing products.

The employees here are extremely kind and helpful- and make me feel comfortable in an environment thats typically not somewhere you want to be (aka: at the bank making a deposit, etc etc). It saddens me that this region's reputation is tainted by ONE bad review from 2 years ago, so i wanted to put this here. They honesty treat all their customers like family, since mine have all been using regions for the past few years and they always ask how were doing. Thank you to all the regions employees; your kindness, essential work, and patience will always make my bank experience an enjoyable one!

TERRIBLE experience. Opened an account to get a bonus and halfway through the process I knew it was a mistake. Multiple calls to tech support and never ending hoops to jump through to start. I got so frustrated that I took all the money out of the account and tried to close it. I was told I had to go to a branch in person to close it which I have done TWICE and now just got a third notice that I was charged an overdraft fee for the third straight month AFTER closing my account. Terrible experience from start to finish and its not over yet. Likely making my third trip in person to attempt to close the account again!

Best bank ever. The employees are very personable and helpful. They work hard at getting to know their customers and make you feel like they appreciate you being their customer. Recently I spent time with Kelsey Johnson as she helped me through a fraud and identity theft situation and and Tamara as she helped order checks over the phone so it saved me a trip into the bank on a Saturday. I saw a bad review for Ashley and I interacted with Ashley alot and she was always kind and professional towards me.

I take a deposit for my employer 1 to 2 times a week at the Indian Harbour Beach Florida location. My workday starts at 8:30 and as the drive-through on certain days opens at 8 AM that's when I get there. Today I happen to get there about 15 minutes prior to when the drive-through opens. So being at the drive-through is closed I parked about 20 feet from the front door and waited. A couple of minutes later a white vehicle pulled up next to me honked her horn I pulled on my window and she immediately scolded me saying I was not able to park there as for security purposes an unknown vehicle could not be present at the time of employees entering the building. I quickly advised I'm making a deposit in the next 15 minutes to which she put up her hand stops me from speaking and said you're not able to park here you're going to have to leave. She was rude and unprofessional and showed me no identification and as a long-time customer this is not at all great customer service to literally be scolded at 7:45 AM instead of just having a discussion. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere otherwise you might be scolded instead of being spoken to like an actual human being.

SEE I was not Living with LINDA KICINSII in 1995 when I signed the 1995 Indefinite Nuclear nonproliferation Treaty . WHY did she take VOLUNTARY LAYOFF at HARRIS CORPORATION and Cash out her 401k ? EVERYONE LOST their 401 k after 911 TERROR ATTACKS .some retirees had to get part time jobs. I know .I sold them homes.

Every person in the branch was useless all they could do is call in for advise and then I was told I had to call myself to resolve the issue. What are they getting payed for?
