A spectacular parcel of land, It's underutilized and underdeveloped which is not necessarily a bad thing. Grass, pavilion , bathrooms, playground and water launch are well maintained. Better maintenance of vegetation along the river bank would improve the views and cooling breeze from the east. A dock and additional family sized pavilions amongst the oaks would attract more visitors.

Best playground park in melb area.Enough room to hover/ skate board, bike, run/ walk, sit & eat. Newer playground, although there is a top level open area that's quite dangerous for littler kids. It's suppose to be for the pole but it's so wide open that it's very risky since it's basically almost 3 levels up.Some might be worried about location since across us1 isn't favorable. But all the years I've gone, no homeless or junkie has ever approached us or come near in and way that felt worrisome. The tech bros working in those bldgs are always taking a break& power walking around. Everyone is friendly but also in their own zone. It's not at all as creepy and filled with rage filled ppl like dt melb is. Very safe compared to other parks.Kids always down for Riverview park. Says a lot when kids find it enjoyable.Even during farmers market when it's crazy bz, there's always room to breathe.

Really nice playground big area to play for multiple ages. It's like ninja warrior style for kids. All the materials here, even though it was a hot day, was surprisingly cool to the touch. Pretty well maintained and lots of beautiful views around the water. Also nice picnic area and dog friendly.

Went to the Farmers Market and was not what I expected. One small produce stand, a few craft vendors and honey tables. In total about 10 vendors. Maybe this is a new concept for this town.

beautiful view, they have bathrooms, giant pavilion, power outlets for charging devices, and parking for boats. there's a playground and benches for seating. overall good option for a park. going here is more fun than watching a woke movie at the theatres. hope this is helpful for your decision making.

Great playground and really nice pavilions. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are nasty and there are tons of homeless hanging around. It's unfortunate because it's a wonderful park right on the river.
