First they auto bill for stuff I didn't order. Then it was a 2 day hour long fight to return them. They charged me $20 restocking fee to return sh$t I didn't order. Next I just needed to change my insurance. The idiot at their call center asked me my name 4 times, my DOB 3 times and my address 3 times. Hey! you have one job as a customer service rep!! That is to LISTEN!!!I wasn't in the mood to deal with stupid so I simply hung up..I tried their live chat, I was told " call us next year". Really no one can take down the info?Absolutely horrible service. Run, don't walk from here

I really don’t know where all these bad reviews are coming from, we have never had any problems with these guys, every time I show up to exchange out tanks, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure we have what we need …And they have had to make several trips out to the house after hrs .. never making us wait more than a couple hrs ..Thank you Rotect for helping Richard..

Do not go here!!! Every time I receive a bill it was not right! Ever time I called I was was on hold for over 20 minutes! Ever time I got through it was someone who didn't speak English and transferred me to someone other no speaking English person! I spent a half of a day getting nowhere! There billing department is terrible! I was sent items for my Cpap machine that my insurance didn't cover and was billed. Ready to return it and deal with my health problems! Totally not happy with this company! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

My father’s oxygen machine was malfunctioning, and they refused to send a technician out to look at it. and the person I spoke with his name was Jason I believe, and he was very rude and unprofessional and yelled at me. I would give them zero stars if it was possible

Terrible customer service. I return the CPAP machine and they continue charging me and sending supplies. Now they were trying to charge me for all the supplies that I returned along with months that I did not have the machine.

They don't respond to calls. Very bad customer service. I'll let my insurance company know they are not responsive to DME needs per their contract. Follow up to my original post ... Rotech left a response to my post asking me to reach out to them to discuss my experience. I emailed them and left a message as requested, they never responded. The people at Melbourne, Fl office are really unprofessional. I filed a complaint with my insurance, and they provided me with another source to get equipment.

Rotech was scheduled to provide an oxygen concentrator and portable tanks almost a year ago and thank god the driver called because he had the wrong address. Unfortunately their records were never updated even though I called several times to correct them. They never came to service the concentrator even the it was scheduled and confirmed each time. Tried to het them to pick everything up when the dr release her from the therapy months ago but they refuse without the dr office ok. Have called the dr office several times informing them but still months later no progress. Pretty convinced now its a scam between Rotech and Dr office to continue to receive money from medicare or insurance. Documenting everything and recording phone calls for law suit.

My mom need oxygen therapy and equipment. This company failed in providing the services needed. Them short list of failures below:1. Failed to set up equipment properly as directed by doctor.2. Failed to answer calls for assistance when equipment malfunctioned3. Failed to make appointments.4. Never returns calls.Worst service ever and I would never recommended this company

Unbelievable! I don't usually leave reviews but I feel compelled. My prescription and insurance info were sent over 3 weeks ago. I've called several times and been told that they couldn't find me in the system, they found me but they don't have my insurance, so and so is out today so call back tomorrow, they still don't have my insurance even though I gave it to them last time, so and so is on vacation but we can have them call you back, can't find me in the system again, no action has been taken because they don't have my insurance, can you give us your insurance information again? No! I will not. I will have my prescription transferred somewhere else. Seriously.... What the actual f*** is wrong with these people?!?!
