I’ve never had the experience with a bank manager and staff that I’ve had with Seacoast. Brandy is so amazing and truly cares about her clients accounts. And when there’s an issue it’s rectified in proper timing. 10/10

Hello, just wanted to say that i spoke to Patty Carroll in your Melbourne office and she was instrumental and getting a SAT of Mtg for a loan that was originally with Bankfirst in 2010 within 24 hrs. Which for me was a record best. She definitely was Watson to my Sherlock Holmes! :)

Seacoast bank staff has each helped significantly while I have had to transition accounts and setting up auto pay with technical issues. Going Out of their way to help me with my brain injury challenges. Patient, kind, resourceful, and makes all the difference!

Locked doors should not matter there are banks with armed security now. Safety for all should be a priority.I have dealt with Patty Carrol and have been very happy with the service provided.

Number 1 Bank in the State of Florida to me, Service is top of the Line, Every one who works here is very friendly, courtesies and excellent in customer service. I would highly recommend this bank for your personal or business banking.
100% better then any nationalize bank which are lacking in customer service and helping people to grow their hard earn money either by investing or earning the interest.
Miss Patty, Eileen and Darlin are excellent for helping customers along with the others.

If 0 stars were possible, that’s what I’d give. Very poor customer service. The “supposed” supervisor (whose name I did not even bother to get) has difficulty understanding a key aspect of her job: people skills. I tried to cash a check and was told I need two forms of ID, ok fine. I was a bit puzzled because I have never heard of my Florida State ID not being sufficient to cash a check to which she responded with a condescending tone “well have you ever been here?” Totally unnecessary comment considering it was in fact my first time there. Then, I offer to show her a work ID that has a picture and my name on it, not even a look in my direction she just shakes her head no. I brought out papers that had information like my name and address, still was not enough. To the point where this lady practically screams “no” so everyone in the lobby heard. Apparently this woman is the supervisor. I’d suggest training her on how to treat people because I will never come back to this bank again. Her professionalism is ridiculous. I would rather pay a fee for cashing my check at a separate location than dealing with this business again. FORGET me opening a bank account here, what a joke. First impressions are important and this was horrible if you ask me.

Upon trying to transfer money to or from this bank AFTER doing the deposit verification and 2 factor authentication process from an external account, this bank forces an additional verification step in when you call the branch, and leave a voicemail(yawn).Later in the day or week, while you are working or unavailable, someone tries to call you and ASKS YOU TO VERIFY YOURSELF. Thanks for calling me, random stranger. Yes I would like to give you all my personal info on a whim.So, logging into your own account with 2 factor auth means nothing. Connecting an external account and waiting several days to complete the deposit verification means nothing.I was then asked to provide pretty much every shred of info that I gave upon account creation such as: social, last 4 of account, last 4 of external account, security questions, and date of birth.All this for a transfer of money. I fully expect this bank not to survive. They're paying human beings to spend their day calling and harassing bank members for personal information when every large interstate/national bank in the area has automated this process and made it rather convenient.

I’ve been banking here for 12+ years since it was previously Florida Business bank. Since the switch it’s expected to lose the close friend relationship treatment but from experience this new staff has been very pleasant and professional. Patient and quick to want to help. The one down side to Florida Business Bank was they had no perks for people that did not own businesses such as myself. Sea coast bank has not only perks for businesses but also the employees under those businesses. This is a win win if you ask me. The staff is very friendly and it’s a pleasure to build new relationships with the staff. I fail to understand how locked doors warrant a bad review. It’s a bank and it holds my money I want those doors locked. Specially seeing how local banks are targeted and local banks hold local money. Please buzz me in to the club! I would highly suggest this bank over these big name banks that are also local. Those banks you deal with bank employees that just wanna work and go home attitude that is felt clear as you make eye contact and hear them speak. Here you meet locals like yourself and make friends. I felt immediately that and my family were valued here and not just some random small account holder. I got the sense that everyone that steps in those buzzed in doors is treated the same with dignity and respect as one wants to be treated. This bank has my approval and I will vouch and spread the word to bank here. I’ve had Eileen and Patty and Aurora amongst a few treat me very kindly and educate me to perks and different opportunities that are now available to myself and my family. I have nothing but great things to say about the bank and it’s friendly helpful kind staff. A+ all day
