Secureway Self Storage on Ellis Ave in Melbourne is and outstanding storage facility. I used the facility for my company storage needs for over a year. The facility is very well kept and extremely clean.
I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage services.

This storage place is infested with rats. I have an outside unit and I have to put the bags of Tom's rat bait in my unit just to keep the rats at Bay. I encountered a couple that was moving out of one of the inside units and they were complaining about rats. If we're going to have to buy our own rat bait it should be in the paperwork that we will have to supply that for ourselves. The place is always covered in pine sap they never blow it off with a blower so the pine sap in the pine needles and all the debris blow inside your unit when you open the door. I'm really disappointed in this place for what it cost for a unit they should take care of the rat problem and the pine tree debris and sap issue.

This is BEST storage unit I’ve ever had over the years. Even though it was a little farther away from my house it was well worth the drive. It is always clean, the staff as so nice and helpful!!! Never had any problems in the 4 years I’ve been there. Best prices in the area as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a unit with them for years, and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff, whenever I needed something, were amazing to deal with. The pricing seems to be very good, when compared to other storage places.My unit was climate controlled, and I had zero issues.

Just rented a 10x30 that was cheaper than most 10x20s elsewhere. The guy at the front, Edward, was fantastic and I’m really glad the cheap price didn’t mean a cheap facility because this storage place is really nice and very clean.
