If you’re planning to get any services done, be prepared for cancellations. To provide some context, I booked a 90-minute beauty service over a month ago for my wedding. Although it was a last-minute request, I received a call just under two weeks before the appointment informing me that it was canceled. I was given the option to reschedule during my ceremony instead. I understand that things can happen, but when I explained that this timing wouldn’t work for me, the employee on the phone said that was the only available time. I felt this was poor customer service and was disappointed by the short notice.

They were kind of rude when I walked in?? Nobody greated me - nobody offered to help me. But the 2 in the corner by the perfume were gossiping and I had to walk around them.. disappointed. I'll continue to shop at ulta where everyone is friendly & my makeup is actually in store

I came in looking for a skin tint with a glowy natural finish. When I’ve gone to different makeup stores, they always mismatch me with an orangey shade. Today I went in to this location and the lady with blonde waves (so sorry I forgot her name) helped me with trying out a few shades, she matched me perfectly, & for the first time ever I now have a skin tint that works perfect for my undertone and is natural looking with the coverage I like. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you SO SO much to the lady that helped with my shade!!!:)

Angie is amazing! She is so sweet & knowledgable. When I walked in she greeted me and asked me if I needed any help, I asked her to color match me for a skin tint I came in for. She did but she also recommended another brand to me and I ended up getting it instead and am actually liking it more than the one I was going to get! Thanks Angie :)♡

I was told Sephora sold the item I was looking for, but in fact they didn't have the complete line. The sales assistant what pleasant and immediately directed me to another shop. I was thankful for the information.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora recently, and I owe it all to Shannon. From the moment I stepped into the store, Shannon made me feel welcome and genuinely cared for. We had so many authentic and humorous moments as I was navigating throughout the store, while also attending to my 6 year old son. But Shannon took her time to really listen to what I was looking for, offering thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel rushed, even with me not knowing the store was closing soon.
Shannon’s product knowledge was very impressive, but what really touched me was her patience and the way she seemed to truly care about helping me find exactly what I needed, while seeking only clean, toxic-free vegan brands to purchase. She walked me through each product, explaining how it would work for my skin tone/type and why she thought it was the right fit for me and even went as far as recommended additional alternatives.
By the end of my visit, I felt not only confident in my product choices but also incredibly grateful for the kindness and attention Shannon showed me. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she did, especially approaching closing hours and I’m so thankful for the experience I had today. I’ll definitely be coming back, hoping to have Shannon’s guidance again and follow up with booking a skincare service.
Thank you so much Shannon, for exceeding my expectations while also embodying genuine integrity and customer care for helping others and especially making my Sephora visit so special and memorable!

I am disappointed that I failed to obtain the names of the two employees who assisted me during my store visit. I was promptly greeted upon arrival, and I regret interrupting an employee who was on a ladder. Despite this, both employee interactions were exceptional, providing me with helpful recommendations and assistance. The store was clean and well-organized, and I will definitely return!

Sunshine and Lola are the best! I literally always go in when they are working! Lola has an eye like no other… I could literally walk in, tell her what I’m looking for, and she could color match me like no one else can! The best!

3 times I have visited the store and not one employee wants to help me. I spend 20-30 minutes waiting and they never help. I do not know if it’s a racism issue or I don’t look like somebody that is going to buy there… but I’m so tired of having to drive to Orlando just for help.

The store has a great selection and a wide variety of products. However, the consultant we dealt with was a complete letdown. He spent 20 minutes looking something up on his device and only suggested one option that I needed, whereas my 11-year-old daughter found five items she saw on TikTok in the same time frame. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we've experienced less than knowledgeable staff.Sephora, please focus on training your staff to better understand your product offerings. The inventory could be learned in 3-4 days. It's frustrating to hear "Oh, I don't know. We probably don't have it. You might want to try Orlando instead.
