The employees were so sweet and helpful and got my issues handled perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchases and the employees help was so appreciated. Helped me exchange something, buy something and recommend something all at once. I also got my skin color match today. Got a lot of useful information and now I know my shade in every product. Takes the guesswork out. Love that. Will definitely return and I do recommend trying out the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk lipstick and lip liner. Chef's kiss darlings!!

Peggy was amazing! I can’t emphasize enough how satisfied I was with my services! I got my eye brows done and a facial done by her and I’m going back just to see her!Highly recommend!! Times a thousand :)

Chile, this new location in Kohl's is THEE BEST! Fresh, new products, spacious, clean, and those girls that work there, did NOT come to play, perfectionist at their craft, they know the products, and are amazing and beautiful gals! I love it there!

My visit yesterday was a disaster. Two women stocking shelves and one person one the floor to help and check customers out. She was finally helping me, but would continue to leave in the middle of showing me a product, or go check someone out. I was ready to take off when finally the woman stocking came over to finish helping me. If you have customers care for them first, then do your stocking in between slower times. Definitely wasn’t a priority. Don’t think I will be returning.

Miss Peggy did my make up and I loved it! I had an engagement shoot that unfortunately got rescheduled but I loved what she did! I’ll be going back to her for the rescheduled shoot in October. She also helped me find the right shade of makeup. I was about 9 shades too light and the wrong undertone, haha.Also shouts to America. She always calls me Buddy and she’s just super sweet.

Keondra is AWESOME!! She helped me pick out all my makeup, hair products, and recommended really amazing options for me in all different departments. She’s extremely knowledgeable and patient. The products she recommended work great with my oily skin and will continue to be my new go to everyday products. Thank you Keondra!!

I have always had a great experience in this Sephora. I’ve rarely run into a situation where the item I want is out of stock and if it ever is, the staff have offered to have it shipped to my home for free! If I have a list of items to get, the staff have also always been so friendly and helpful to help me find everything I need right away so I don’t wander the store for hours. Customer service is wonderful here! So grateful to have this Sephora close-by when I need something in a pinch!

While I am normally an Ulta girl, Sephora had a product that they did not sell. I was blown away by the customer service on Sunday, 8/6. I believe the person who helped most me was named Sofia (red hair, super cool UFO earrings) who took the time to listen about my skin type, what my goals were with a skin primer and immediately knew what products to choose (which I love), but everyone was very attentive and kind. Also, the store was bright, clean and well laid out. After this experience I think I've been turned to Sephora girl! Thank you everyone for a positive experience instead of an overwhelming one.

My mother came into the store looking for Tarte, Maracuja oil yesterday. She was told by the girl at the cash register that Sephora did not carry it. My mom was surprised. She had purchased it before at that same store and was serviced by a helpful young man. The sales girl continued to insist that Sephora did not carry it until my mother, age 94, took her over to where the product had been located and it was there.

Ok, sorry. This Sephora was dirty, the testers was dirty and nasty and everything was sold out. I understand that the sold out situation maybe isn’t their fault.. could be sold out from the brand. But the nastiness… pls.. my hands will probably get infected from the few swatches I did.

I have been to so many Sephoras in my life and I have given up hope in them because everyone I go to the employees are stuck up but this was my first every time going into a Sephora and having the best experience of my life. I don’t live by one near by so I drove an hour and a half to make it to this location. Once I got there I was greeted immediately by more than one employee because it was my first time I didn’t know where anything was. I asked one employee to help assist me in finding the products that I needed this amazing person‘s name was Angie she was so helpful and even became my personal shopper while I was looking for the list of items I had in my cart she help me shop around the store for about 30 minutes. Once I got to the cash register I had just opened up a new credit card and it was just a disaster. Even Sephora customer service was not helping with my credit card issue. They were saying that I was not able to use it but the only reason I drove all the way to the Sephora. It was because customer service told me I would be able to use the card in store. While I felt so terrible, because Angie helped me for about 30 minutes picking out all of my items on my list. Then when I was done I had a issue with my Sephora credit card. which a manager , her name is Christina she was amazing and talked to customer service for almost over an hour to be able to get my credit card situation figured out. Both of these beautiful ladies were so helpful and made me restore all faith and Sephora locations. They deserve a raise and they are the best people in the whole story to talk to you. Very understanding and very helpful people I have never felt so good to walk into a Sephora and feel like I was not being judged for not knowing that much about make up. A million , thank you an appreciation for Angie and Christina the manager at this location 100 times recommend coming to this location if you need any help picking out make up or having trouble with your Sephora credit card.

Veronica was amazing, I didn’t got anything because they were out of stock on the things that i wanted even online, but she try her best to help me look for a good blush, and was honest about skin care that could be irritating for me (sensitive skin) I appreciate the honesty a lot because she didn’t just wanted to sell me something that will hurt my skin just for the sell, and that make me trust her so when they are back in stock I will go back to make my purchase with her. 10/10

I want to share how fantastic Ritchie was yesterday (3/19). Me and my mom came into the store to find her some eyebrow makeup. She is going thru chemo and very self conscious about her lack of eyebrows and was having trouble getting them right. Ritchie took the time to show my mom products not only that were easy to use, but would make her feel beautiful during a really hard time. He was funny, empathetic, and took time to show her how to do it herself, and set us up with everything we would need. I am grateful to him for making a hard shopping trip brighter.
