Your place needs to update your web site page first some name change was on sign,yes give food out no clothes yes you do help with food stamps,medicade etc rental assistance no we asked,we ask for hygiene items they where out.we haven't gone there in almost 3 months .the employee & volunteer nice we know your place only can give food out twice a month family is important yes women with children should be first yes homeless in this neighborhood gets help there some people where complaining .

I called to ask if they provide food delivery for disabled people who cannot drive or get to the pantry. The person who answered was hostile and contemptuous. Her tone made it clear that asking for an accessibility accommodation was somehow unreasonable or burdensome. I was made to feel like I had to justify and prove I was desperate enough to deserve basic help.
This treatment was cruel and dehumanizing. Disabled people who need food delivery are not asking for special treatment. We're asking for basic access to services. The contempt and judgment I experienced was unacceptable. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you're disabled and need delivery, I cannot recommend this organization based on my experience. I hope others have been treated better, but I will be seeking help elsewhere.

My gosh this kindly people were the most loving caring from Sandra to volunteer Melissa and Diane were so big hearted and welcoming to me and not red flags for a hand to get some food.Thank you for your Big heart

Don't be put off by the outside. This small thrift store has lots of variety at super cheap prices. Everyone working here is friendly and helpful. Prices aren't marked on a lot of things, just ask. Everything is clean. Nothing smelled bad or musty. I meant to get some inside photos, but got distracted by all my loot. They have wheeled carts. I brought my own bags, but they have them, too.

I AM VERY IMPRESSED BY THIS NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION! IT TRULY IS THE BEST IN MELBOURNE! They have FRESH PRODUCE!!! The EMPLOYEES at this organization GO ABOVE and BEYOND for those who TRULY NEED IT! I EXCLUSIVELY work with Elizabeth, who originally helped me and EARNED my TRUST. Which is a HUGE deal for someone like ME. Also, Gary has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me when I NEEDED IT. I cannot say ENOUGH about this organization other than PROVIDE THEM WITH THE FUNDING THEY NEED!!!!! My only suggestion I have for them is to improve on educating those who are IGNORANT to the SYSTEM on what RESOURCES humans are ELIGIBLE for. Some humans need ANYONE to HELP! GREAT JOB, SOUTH BREVARD SHARING CENTER!
