Emma at the Lake Washington office is very sweet, super professional and very helpful. She took her time with my mother and me, answered all of our questions and helped us get the changes done to our accounts that we needed. I would definitely ask for her if I needed to do business there.

Wish I knew about their customer service before I took out an auto loan with them. Iām up to 8 phone calls to try and get payoff from my insurance company on a total loss claim due to Hurricane Helene. I tried patience and understanding but The customer service people are apathetic and not helpful!
