Just met with David at your store to get my mother a new cell phone and her cable TV straightened out. He was amazing. Thank you for everything David.

Nate… what can I say! The guy has it all! Great personality, Great communication, great customer service! He got us into a new phone and recommended great upgrade services! Great taste in food as well! Will definitely recommend him anytime! He also gave great recommendations for pickle! He kept us fairly entertained!

I returned my router and modem, but spectrum is trying to bill me for an unreturned modem.
Brittany from customer service is very unprofessional and hung up on me.

Good service with good products. Nice salespeople. Plans are very reasonable. Not the best coverage for phones but Ok.

Just an FYI I switched to Spectrum mobile and you can't have your name show up on the caller ID when you call people. This is the response from the customer service: Our mobile service Caller ID currently will only display as Wireless Caller. Unfortunately we do not have specific caller ID feature available at this time.

Refused to take old cable box. Told us they were selling phones first. We could wait or go to palm bay store if we didn't want to wait.

My father’s phone was completely locked out and they would not have been able to transfer any of his data, pictures or contacts. They advised us to go home and try to get the phone unlocked. We appreciated their honesty. We will go back when it’s time for a new phone.

Visited store to turn in equipment, etc. While here, we witnessed an older gentleman being obnoxious and giving the Spectrum employees a hard time. The employees were extremely tolerant and patient with this man's behavior.

I recently went to this Babcock location in Melbourne to return and exchange some equipment for my cable. No wait, immediately assisted by Josh, a very pleasant and polite young man. I am a senior citizen and not very adept with new technology. After the equipment change, I did mention that I was losing my ACP federal credit of $30 a month so my bill will be drastically increasing and I did not want to lose my cable as that is the only entertainment in my life. Josh called the store manager, Gregg Garrido who came right over and looked at the copy of my bill I had with me. I told him how much having Spectrum cable and internet not only enhanced the quality of my life but that of my brother who has end stage MS and can only move his right arm which he uses to play video games and his son, his caregiver who has to physically lift his dad everywhere, his only joy in life is his time at my house playing his Xbox video games every other week when they come up to my house. They cannot afford cable or internet where they live in West Palm Beach. Gregg immediately said he was going to do everything he could to help me so that we could keep our service -- and he kept his word! If I could bundle my service, currently cable and internet and add a Spectrum phone line, he could get my bill to an amount that I could afford and I could keep my service and my most treasured DVR. I did not have my phone with me so I went back the next day and again, no waiting, Pedro called me over as Josh had the day off. Pedro immediately went to work transferring my phone service from my current carrier to a faster, better service with Spectrum mobile. Gregg came back and did some more digging and actually was able to get me a bill that was less that what I had in my budget! I was so happy I gave them both giant hugs and promised I would make sure that everyone knew that this was THE SPECTRUM LOCATION to go to if you wanted to be treated with respect and as a valued customer and friend regardless of your age or knowledge of electronic capabilities. I live in NW Palm Bay but can promise you the ONLY Spectrum location I will ever go to is the Babcock Street location in Melbourne. Terry Murphy, Robert and Keevan Neuzil and my big Oden, and little dogs Fiona, Vixen and Zeus too who watch TV with me every night. Gregg, Pedro and Josh - THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!

Went into return a digital box & the guy tried to force me to get their cell service. I had to tell him multiple times I'm happy with my service so don't bother me with phones. It was the Spectrum store in Melbourne Shopping Center 1375 S Babcock St. They don't tell you that's only for 12 months.

EVIL CROOKS! Don't deal with this vile company! A woman wanted a refund; this filth store actually called the police on her! The policeman, robot-like, told her to "take it up with corporate", (what the cheating Spectrum employees told him to say). How dare they?! This goes WAY beyond poor customer service. This is CRUEL and INSANE! Horrible BULLIES! I witnessed it on Aug. 2nd. We NEED a witness when dealing with any of these freaks/BIG GREEDY BUSINESSES. They may have "won this battle" but they will "lose the war". They are in that HORRENDOUS HOT BLACK TAR parking lot/plaza, too. A person gets SICK walking over it! I found a tree WAY far away, to keep my vehicle from becoming a death trap, so I could go in the used-to-be "dollar" store, nearby.

This location is okay. People were nice. I just struggled with spectrum service for the last time. Switched to another provider and am happy for it.
