Quite a bit better than what it used to be. The change I think was moving from an office environment to a retail space. And it has done wonders for getting things done with them. Make yourself a reservation and it's almost delightful!

Spectrum stole my money! I subscribed 1 gig internet service for $89.99. Three months later, I was being overcharged for the service that I never asked for. So I visited the store to ask for refund that they said they could not and I should call Spectrum, which I did. But they said they would not refund my money since it is more than 60 days and since TV Essential service is on the contract, it is my fault not to cancel within 60 days to get refund. But I never got any statement from Spectrum for three months. I just noticed I was overcharged by Spectrum through credit card statement. I feel so deceived by the agent of this store who intentionally put the TV service on my account without my permission. I regret that I didn't read the contract thoroughly on that day. The agent would get more of his portion for charging me more and Spectrum stole my $75.00. Don't go to this store. You might be the next victim.

I have used Spectrum for years and would really like to give them 5stars but had to exchange some equipment at the store. After checking in I was told that there were only 2 ahead of me. Great! (I was in a hurry) there were 8 associates working. Three at their stations helping customers and 4 huddled around one station. The there was a GREETER. Hmmm??? 20 minutes. Hope I don't have to exchange at the store anytime soon. But like their services.

So now that Spectrum did not want to pay Disney for their channels. This is the solution from them ..You can sign up for fubotv 7 day free trail and then pay 57.00 for 2 months which increases to 74.00.What a way to pass the cost onto the customer, so pay my spectrum bill and fubotv, who I am sure Spectrum is getting a cut from to get a service that I signed up with them. Ridiculous Pay Disney or lower my bill.

Customer for decades of Time Warner. Then bought out by Spectrum. Subscription service? Moving & had to pay for the entire month instead of just the few days prior to disconnect. Service lousy, reset the box multiple times daily. Just crooks. Unfortunately, the only game in town.

Was out of town when bill went to almost 300..cut all movie channels and still way over 200. So canceled and paid that horrible rate up to that day when it cut off.. So Im not even home and they expect me to pay a rate I never agreed to til the end of month.Why are they robbing me and its allowed. They can charge me and I dont ANY service...Now they sent to bill collectors ..They dont care about anyone or whats right and wrong! Why are we payin for tv..why doesn't all that money go to roads or something..who gave SOMEONE this power over the people...Bologna!!

wish there were better, i would not believe there advertisements. i loose my wi-fi all the time in southwest palm bay. a lot of nights they say they do updates and shut things down my tv and wifi were down almost 24 hours one day. i have had nothing but problems.

Went in to get cable put in my name, went home my cable got turned off, went back to store, and Cory who helped me remembered my name try to correct situation. Cable didn't come back on. But service tech was sent out fast to correct cable,equipment

I have having to reset the box at least 3-5 times a day, and it is getting worse. What is going on? The bill should reflect this. It isn't my equipment, because from what I read several zip codes are affected by this. Would like to know if it is going to get better soon?

Cory and David both were helpful as well as patient with helping us transfer our overseas phone numbers to local US service. Both go out of their way to make things happen for us, friendly, reliable, and efficient. I can never as for a better service that. YOU ROCK!Got a new phone for my son for $5 per month for his upgraded galaxy ?

I’m pretty sure the employees were working high, they couldn’t spell simple words or retain information. You can tell this location won’t be open much longer. That was the worst experience I’ve had in a while. An employee answered a FaceTime call and was holding her vape out in the open. It’s clear that they are not qualified to be working at a McDonald’s, let alone a business that relies on customer service. The employees should be fired by the end of the day.
