Staci and her staff are the ultimate professionals! Had them resize my engagement/wedding bands and solder them together. The main stone got a hairline fracture in the semisonic cleaner and they replaced it. I would have never noticed but she noticed during QC under the magnifier and made it right. She is also an active contributor to community organizations. I will never go anywhere else!

I'd like to tell you a story...a fairytale.
My grandfather gave my mother the ring of her dreams for her sweet sixteen. A gorgeous art deco ring that in my memories reflected her smiles. She gave this ring to me during a time in my life that was difficult (to say the least). It sat in darkness until it called out for transformation, like a caterpillar yearning for wings. Staci Sullivan and her beautiful family of gem lovers acted as chrysalis for this butterfly to emerge into the light, more stunning and cherished than ever in its century of existence. I am overwhelmed with joy when my butterfly perches on my hand, and I can't thank this amazing team enough for surpassing the visions I'd had of "what could be"!!
Please do not hesitate to visit this wondrous haven of legacies! Every sparkling piece and personality (glittering, living gems!) within this bejeweled sanctuary are extraordinarily heartwarming treasures. Just being in this magical space is such a peaceful experience, and soul nourishing.

Had a clasp on a valued necklace replaced. Done perfectly and as promised. Bonus was nice conversation with Isabel, sharing Grand Canyon experiences, while items were attached to necklace. Lovely lady.

Sullivans has truly given me the best experience! My husband purchased my engagement ring from them and they added his great grandmothers diamond to a band. It was lovely and the best proposal! After we got engaged my grandmother gave me some diamonds and gold to go toward my wedding ring! I got to design my now family heirloom ring to the one of my dreams! We took all the gold and diamonds and created a one of a kind piece! It has been almost 11 years since our wedding day and I still get compliments on my ring! Every time I step into their store I am greeted and remembered even after all these years! If you ever need any jewelry or want to creat a piece these are your people! I recently got my ring cleaned and it looks brand new! I HIGHLY recommend Sullivans!
