I will never return to this staples again! As a small business owner this particular staplesparticular Staples is the first unfriendly and unhelpful one I ever been at! No wounder this place is empty! Manger needs to be replaced as well as several employees! If not then staples might as well close this location down unless they use it for a tax write off!

Their Sunday hours are wrongly listed. Came before 6 on Sun and they were closed. Very inconvenienced

I've usually had really good service here, my only complaint is that this location seems to have changed it's hours and the only notification of that is a sign near the door. The closing times on Google maps for Saturday and Sunday are wrong as of 2/2/2025.

The lady on the printing/shipping services is just rude and unhelpful. I needed to ship something and asked her to help me with a box, she just screamed at me and said “YOU NEED TO BUY IT. GO THERE GO GO”. Like, lady, I freaking know I have to buy it that’s why I came here. She just looks like she doesn’t want to be there, I get it, it’s work, but you’re working retail, you will need to talk to people. After spending some time looking at boxes with zero help, I left and went next door to ship my item. They provided me with a box (WHICH I PAID FOR) and shipped it for me. One and done. The people that help with the Amazon returns have always been super nice, but because of this lady I am just not wanting to come back.

The copiers are always on the fritz. They don't work with thumb drives. The kid behind the counter has an attitude. The stickers on the floor say "drop-ffs and returns" and when I followed them to return something they were incredulous and told me I was in the wrong area. Don't sign up for rewards and DON'T use email for your receipt. They have a hard time returning or exchanging something without the physical receipt in hand. Learn from my experience. When you try to send them a print job online and get to the checkout, only one document shows up. How does an entity this large have such bad services?

Awful customer experience. I came in to get a document printed and I received no direction but email to the staples email. I did that, and told her when I was done and she rolled her eyes when I told her I didn’t know what I was doing, or how to get it printed. She ignored me. Some direction or help would have been nice. If you don’t like your job, leave!!

Guy with a transformers beanie was a real pretentious jerk. I asked where the filing cabinets were. Didn't offer to help carry them up from the back despite doing nothing but moping the entire time I was there. I asked if the two women in front of me were employees or standing in line too. His response was, "Sure." They were employees, so I went around and waited. He was rude to an older woman trying to return an Amazon package with an outdated version of the app. A nice woman rings me up and I ask her how much time the return policy lasts and he interjects to frustratedly say, "It's 30 days." As if I should know that somehow as a customer. I didn't make you work at this place for years. Blame yourself for that misery and quit taking it out on others.
