Devastated I left all my cords at home in Canada, I went to Staples to buy what I needed in a panic. Paul the store manager was so helpful I couldn’t believe it!! The above and beyond service was fantastic. I will definitely make this my go to store while I am here for two months.

While in Melbourne visiting friends, we decided to pass the time making tie dye shirts for some of the children in our respective families. While doing some research online on my iPhone, I found out that Staples had a good selection of inks and do-it-yourself products. So we went in and found a variety of choices for our project. Sometimes we don't think of Staples as a Do-it-Yourself place, only an office supply store, but they do have a large section of their store with items that can be used for fun home projects.

Guy with a transformers beanie was a real pretentious jerk. I asked where the filing cabinets were. Didn't offer to help carry them up from the back despite doing nothing but moping the entire time I was there. I asked if the two women in front of me were employees or standing in line too. His response was, "Sure." They were employees, so I went around and waited. He was rude to an older woman trying to return an Amazon package with an outdated version of the app. A nice woman rings me up and I ask her how much time the return policy lasts and he interjects to frustratedly say, "It's 30 days." As if I should know that somehow as a customer. I didn't make you work at this place for years. Blame yourself for that misery and quit taking it out on others.

My mother and I visited today to order memorial cards for my brother. The gentleman helping me truly went above and beyond with this heartbreaking task that we had to do. I wish I could remember his name but he was tall and had glasses. I just want to thank him again for his kindness and willingness to help us. It was a hard day and he made it a little bit easier on us. I highly recommend this store and especially that gentleman. Thank you once again.

Last time I did a return through Amazon it was free to use UPS stores and it took approximately 22 seconds to walk in the door and finish everything. Apparently through Staples they don't believe in adequate signage on where to go with the return. Staff seems annoyed and generally upset at being there. The store looked sad and run down inside and out. Ew.

I thing people don’t like working there. This store and they don’t want to help costumers. They where more interested in their phone or they found they way to be busy. The only person was this gentleman after been waiting more than 30 minutes he was the only person didn't turn away when I was looking at them and walking back to them.

I didn't have the best experience in this Staples. I'd gone in for a new printer. As I was shopping and a man walked by me several times. I assumed he didn't work there because not only did he not say one word to me (even though I was looking for a sales person), he was also in a plain shirt and reeked of cigarette smoke (it was bad). I finally asked the cashier for help which is how I found out the man who'd passed me several times was actually the manager.I finally gave up and got the ONE canon printer that they had in stock. I was told it didn't come with ink and I needed to buy some (an extra $40). I got home and the printer came with ink.The entire experience made me what to go to Walmart.

The young guy with glasses and blond highlights in the printing department looked like he did not wanted to help or deal with me all he did create all the possible excuses not do the work ; he said he was to busy to make an order at that time that I need it some print outs.My point is why should I get this type of treatment like this ;isn’t printing department created for prompt services?.All I say is if you don’t like your job let some one else do a better job .

This store is absolutely horrible and the old lady behind the desk help me with nothing completely wasted over 45 minutes in the store trying to get business cards and the employees act like they don’t even have the knowledge to be doing what they’re doing and the AC has been broken for over a year shut it down!

This review is specifically for the copy/printing dept. Can't speak to anything else. I needed to get a couple copies and then get those copies laminated TODAY. It's the weekend so my normal sign/printing shop is closed; so I decided to give this place a shot as it's a stone's throw from my house. I told the gentleman behind the counter, Rodrigo, (he was actually out from behind it, already helping someone else when I arrived) what I needed and he directed me first to the copy machine. It had literally been the '90s the last time I used a copy machine and I think Rodrigo sensed my hesitation and immediately began to coach me through it. It actually was pretty simple, but I really appreciated him doing it. I then brought the dupes back to him, he showed me the lamination options and in less than five minutes he was handing me my laminated apiary certificates! ...And the total price was less than I had expected! Rodrigo was courteous and helpful and I really appreciated that he went out of his way to make the whole process smooth and fast for me. If I need any printing or laminating done on the weekend, I will not hesitate to return. Thanks Rodrigo and Staples!

I would give it zero Stars if I could do not use your debit card in any of the machines at Staples they put a hold on a specific amount of money whether you use that amount or not then they tell you in the store that it gets put immediately back on your debit card which was a lie I called the corporate store spoke to Adam and it takes 3 to 5 business days so they're hijacking people's money off of their credit cards and debit cards report this to your local credit commissioner
