Terrible experience wouldn't take the paperwork from my doctor. Couldn't get my blood work done. I've never had a problem before. The man who I spoke to would give me a reason for them not taking it.

Beware if you go to the medical arts pavilion in West Melbourne to have blood work done by Stewart's reference laboratory you are going to get screwed. I have been going there for years for blood work . They accept walk-ins no appointment necessary you fill out the form stating what blood work you want done the form shows what it will cost you.l pay them with my credit in full card .came back the next day get for results and take them to your doctor. Not anymore I received a bill from another company for the same blood work doubling the cost. I contacted David c of rockledge medical center the manager of the lab he basically told me when you have blood work done with them you need to sign blank checks to pay off other people besides them. At no point would I accept services if I don't know how much it cost. I did not sign anything ,they did not tell me I was going to go in a financial hard. I was told by the law firm Morgan & Morgan to contact the Florida bar association. So if you want to get screwed financially contact.David c at rockledge regional medical center manager of Stuart reference laboratory. Stewart reference laboratory is stealing from people.

They were professional and quick. Had several tests to be done and all were painless. Easy to find as well

There are a few people that gave a not so favorable review. For example, the lady that complained of a long line during “lunch”??. Common sense tells me, this is a very busy part of the day. I have been going to this lab for a few years and never had issues. The staff has been professional and the process is quick for normal blood work. If it is out of pocket, I highly recommend this facility! Quest is 10x more expensive. I spent $75 compared to Quest $800+ charge. Quest is ridiculously more expensive. Unless they use gold plated needles and treat you to a steak and lobster meal afterwards, I would strongly recommend going to Steward Blood Lab!

I want to congratulate this site for the pain-free draw by Joshua. He is the best tech I have ever had. I have very hard veins to get to. He is gentle and left no bruise.

Place sucks. Short staffed. Hopefully and this invidual inside doesn't just have us standing out here in 89° weather that feels like at least 100°. There is 5 people in line a man coughing his life completely away....Ay this is nuts. Call around and see what labs are available before comibg to this location. My Jeez!

Overweight desk lady has no manners or proper customer service. She was completely rude to my mother and violated the HIPPA laws by screaming out her labs in front of people. Would not recommend if you want a pleasant experience.

I’ve been using this lab for 8 years, at least once a month. I have never had an issue here. People are nice, the lab is clean and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Kudos Steward!!!

I took my 15 month old daughter in for a blood draw. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I think Jen was the tech who drew the blood, fantastic job!! Thank you so much for taking care of my girl. And the other techs did a great job holding her arm and getting it done quickly.

I love that I can take control of my own health by having tests done with results given directly to me - the patient.

I won't use them anymore. It is Stewart Labs now. The technicians are fine, but the business practice is not. I am self-pay. I paid $460 for a battery of tests. Paid on the spot, before testing, that's fine. Two months later, I received a bill from a collection agency telling me I owe $59 more. Called the collection agency and they said, it was for blood work. Reading from the receipts, I was able to convey that I paid the agreed upon charge at the lab and paid on the service date. I investigated and concluded that this up charging is typical of Stewart (and many other medical services) hoping that the customer will just pay since it's only $59.

I am there at 7AM , out in 20 minutes. The people there are very good at what they do. Been going there for years. No problem.
