Great store but the staff were very unfriendly and the cashier was aloof and non-verbal; no greeting, no thank you at the end…literally it could have been a self-checkout.

Our team was treated poorly by Target’s ETL Human Resources person Kallianne Novak. We asked for the store managers email address to voice a complaint. Kallianne stated she didn’t feel comfortable giving us the store managers email address. I drove to the store and asked to speak with the store manager. Someone was sent from the ETL team to speak with me instead as the manager was in a meeting. The ETL person stated the store manager was busy but would call me back. That was a month ago. As of today, I still have not heard from the store manager. I guess she couldn’t be bothered to speak with me. I recently emailed Keith Donnelly on 12/4/24 an ETL leader at Target regarding the store manager not returning my call. Never heard back from him either. I am not sure what this store’s management team is learning about customer service. They are sorely missing the mark. Do better Target. 🎯

Cashier and guest services would not honor a $3.50 off coupon because I have a $1 off coupon also saved to my account for the same product. I told them I did not want to use a dollar off I wanted to use a 350 off they said that they cannot control their computer does. left without product and extremely annoyed because in the past cashiers have honored coupons by simply discounted the item to the coupon and honoring it. Ray, at guests service said he can't control their computers!

Could use better new electric wheelchairs for disabled people that stay charged up and a cleaner bathrooms and cleaner parking lot as well.

All of these registers and employees standing around yet none of them are open. They want us to use self checkout. Sad. The lines are always too long.

Needed an expandable shelf. Target website was the easiest to navigate, had exactly what I wanted, provided aisle location and price in my local store. Loved being able to start and finish a project the same afternoon.

While in general I enjoy shopping at Target. I’ll never understand why it’s such a hassle to actually check out. It’s not always super busy, but the past few times I’ve gone the self checkout have only had one side open and maybe a real register or possibly two. Just left the first day of the Circle sale and it was pretty busy. One really register and 4 out of the 8 self checkout stations were open and there was a long line. It was such a cluster, adding some sort of a queue would at least help some. it’s just crazy that ALDI has more self checkout options for a store about a quarter the size of Target.
Honestly, this is the one real advantage of Walmart. They actually know how to take your money and get you out the door.

Shopping at Target is always a great experience. The store was clean and bright, and the staff is always nice and helpful. I've never had a bad experience in a Target store and I've been shopping at Target for well over 20+ years

I ran into Target when I was in a hurry to find some specific items. I have been in Target numerous time, so I knew where to head, and I was in and out quickly. They had just exactly what I needed. I felt safe inside the store, and there were very few odd customers around me. I enjoy shopping at Target and always find what I’m looking for, as well as something else that I was NOT initially looking for!
