I've been sitting in the drive-through for the last 19 minutes with one car in front of me the entire time. It appears TD policy of getting cash back has become incredibly difficult all in the name of fraud security.

I needed a new debit came so I came on a very busy Saturday. It was so many people waiting to see a CSR that I left to run and errand and returned after closing. They had not locked the door so allowed me to enter. Joanne, the CSR, was so gracious and rendered exceptional service with a smile. Thank you so much.

I have always been very impressed with this location! In fact, I’ve told several employees how much I enjoy coming to this location. Today was different! I came in to get a contract for deed notarized. The teller was chatting with someone and quickly asked what they could do for me. The person (not an employee) they had been talking with moved about a foot down from the teller window. The teller began asking me information about the contract which I fully understood them asking. I began saying a bit of the info but did not feel comfortable with the other person just a bit away. So, I turned and asked the person to please move further away as this was confidential information. That person was upset but that didn’t bother me as I felt I had the right to ask them to move since the teller wasn’t asking them. What did upset me was the attitude of the teller! They immediately changed their demeanor, didn’t look at me the rest of the time and there was no pleasant engagement as I left. This has never been the case in the past!

Jenna is amazing, I recently opened a new business and came to TD to open my business account. Jenna took the time to explain everything to me and to make sure all my needs were meet. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything that TD can do for me. It's nice to know that I have a trusted banker and would definitely recommend Jenna and TD to everyone I know. Thanks for the awesome service.

Bank Mgr Linda is just awful. Her English is difficult to understand and when asked for her superior she gave a disconnected number. Business customers avoid this branch for a myriad of reasons

Jenna is the best!! She is so kind and very helpful. She takes the time to explain everything to you and doesn't make you feel rushed with how many questions you may have. My family has been using her for years and I knew I would be in good hands, but even when I got there I continued to be more impressed and appreciative since I was experiencing her customer service and help firsthand. Her knowledge makes you feel secure and confident with all of your banking needs and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does. I appreciate how she makes sure to stay in contact with me to ensure everything has been running smoothly (which it has!). I am so excited to continue doing business with TD knowing that we have Jenna as a banker that we can trust. We are beyond happy and will recommend Jenna to everyone we know!

I've been dealing with this Bank for about 25 years, in three different locations. In Queens New York, in West Islip Long Island, and now in Melbourne Florida. To me it's a great experience I get all the help I need, and it's like visiting family. ( the ones I like ) lol

My wife was deployed very suddenly earlier this year and with that came all the legal paperwork to act as POA for my wife's account at this location. To say that I was out of my element is putting it mildly. The kindness shown to me by all of the staff at this branch is something I will never forget. From the countless questions I had, the requests for information, and ultimately the peace of mind that I had because of the actions by the staff has made this difficult time for me much easier. It's the little things that you don't find in customer service anymore that will always stand out. I was so grateful and impressed with this bank that I decided to leave my old bank and switch over to TD. To any supervisor or regional manager reading this... All the staff here deserve to be acknowledged for their hard work, dedication to their customers, and overall representation of the TD Bank brand. Especially Linda... thank you for all of your help.

Everyone there is super nice. However I was promised help by the assistant and , conveniently, when I told her I'd be there at a certain time, she chose to take her break at that time. Which shows me she doesn't really care about the job or the customers walking thru that door. And that's someone's money.Everyone else here is amazing.
