I went in today and it was super busy. Ethan was the only teller doing both the lobby and drive through. He was super polite and helpful despite it being busy. I’m sure he was stressed. I would have been lol but he maintained his professionalism and provided great customer service!

I sat for an hour just waiting for a rep this lady was just talking on stop to this 2 people she was helping there is something called multitasking you still talk and move your fingers one lady waited for an hour and a half so so sad. You guys will be losing customers like that and loud laughing from her like she didn’t recognize anyone waiting so pathetic omg
