Ted Todd Allstate is the absolute best insurance agency to do business with. Tina Gadue is so helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Adding a new vehicle was incredibly easy and fast right over the phone. I had my new lower rate and my ID cards in seconds. I highly recommend everyone give Ted Todd an opportunity to provide their insurance needs. You will feel you are part of the Trd Todd family. Their customer service is superb.

In March 2023 we received an estimate from Elizabeth (Lizzy) for $5700 because our provider was moving out of FL. I asked to move forward with it and she stated since the policy in place was only $4900 we should wait until May when it expires to save some money. We agreed but when I contacted her in May for days she hadn’t responded to any of my calls or emails. Then Zachary called and stated we couldn’t get this price anymore because of our electric panel and roof. I stated that was never discussed and besides we provided a 4-point inspection to get the estimate. By chance we had changed the panel out now he says we can’t get insurance do to our roof age and our only option was to convince the inspector to change the roof condition from 3-5 years and he advised he would call the inspector. Obviously that didn’t work and he didn’t have another company to insure us with. I have no idea why we got the bait and switch especially since used them for 8 years.

I have been dealing with Ted Todd for a decade. The service has been spectacular for all but the last year. They went from the best to the worst very quickly. No one there seems very concerned with my complaints. Time to find a different broker…

Veronica got me a great rate. I switched all our vehicles over and added an umbrella policy with the savings. She is very attentive and able to handle any request I have thrown at her very quickly. From talking to Veronica I can tell that Mr Todd runs a great operation and his employees feel like family.

Your agent, Kyle Osman, was amazing with his personalized care that you don't often find nowadays. He walked us through what needed to be done, returned our many calls promptly, explained everything thoroughly, and gave us confidence that we were dealing with someone that had integrity and morals. We were really impressed with him. Even though we had never met him before, he really treated us like family.
