I have a leaking ceiling fan outside of my front door which has created a big puddle in the hallway. I have to walk through this puddle to get into/out of my apartment. I first brought this up to the complex about a month ago give or take. I brought it up again, to the complex staff and to maintenance directly, within the past few days, as there is a hurricane approaching and the rain is likely going to be heavy. The water is already up to the door frame and has saturated the draft blocker I attached to the bottom of the door. I am very worried about water coming into my apartment during this storm but nobody seems to care. Regardless, I should not have to walk myself and my dogs through this puddle every day. This is unacceptable and I don't know what else to do to communicate that I need this to be fixed right away.

Travis Bethea is awesome. I had a couple of maintenance issues pop up. He was great to deal with and took care of them immediately.

I recently moved out but loved everything about this community! The amenities are beautiful and the staff is welcoming and happy to help! Shout out to Jordan who’s always willing to offer his help when needed. I will miss this place!

Took a tour of the Artisan in Viera & I must give a shout out to Madison the Sales Agent, she was superb, extremely knowledgeable & friendly.
The property grounds & apartments are beautiful.
The location is excellent as well. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to lease in the Melbourne area.

Kristy was so so helpful and sweet!! She was able to answer all of my questions very thoroughly!! She made my experience extremely enjoyable and entertaining. You can tell she loves what she does and has a good time doing it!❤️??♀️

We love it here!! Was looking at other units and Madison has been so great showing us different layouts and being so sweet and super informative. We enjoy all of the events that are offered each month, plus the activities and food trucks are much appreciated!!! Thank you so much Madison for all of your help and your time.
Also we love the maintenance Jonathan, David and Jordan have been so great and are very helpful and always very friendly.

This is an incredible property with so much to offer - tons of amenities, modern luxury, and great location; however, it's the people behind all of the finery that make this place what it is. Madison is knowledgeable, welcoming, and, really, just a lot of fun to interact with. If you're touring, ask for her!

I recently toured the Artisan apartments in Viera. The sales Representative who assisted me was Madison Hamonic. Madison was great, she answered all of my questions and was very courteous and helpful

When we were hunting for apartments we were lucky to have found Madison! She was such a great help explaining what the Artisan had to offer. She showed us all the different layouts and what was available at the time. The property is beautiful! The staff members are very friendly and helpful.
