When Manny and Rob arrived they were very apologetic for being so late, but not being able to find me due to new area, all was good. They really went all out to trouble shoot a "dinging" problem. Once solved we were all relieved. I want to commend their sticktoitness and both having a wonderful attitude

Mike and Doug did an amazing job delivering my new fridge. They were very professional and knowledgeable of what they were doing. They explained everything as they were doing and were very polite at the same time. I will continue to use Topline Appliances and highly recommend them. Make sure to ask for Mike and Doug they are the best delivery team they have.

Please be very aware!!!! Very long, but please read!We happen to be in the area, for brunch! We were in need for a washer and dryer, when we came upon this store.We were on a budget, and we noticed the scratch and dent area of the store where we saw a Frigidaire washer and dryer. With a few scratches and dents located in the front and on the sides of washer and dryer priced between $600-$700 for the set. We, as a young couple decided to buy not thinking about any other issues that could lie on inside of the dryer rather than just the outside of what we see.We ended up getting approved for the dryer through snap financing. We did the 100 day buyout option. We did not purchase warranty through the store. The Frigidaire appliance set had a one-year warranty through the manufacturer, and the manufacture also offered extended warranty. We also decided to opt out of delivery.We were able to load the appliance set in our truck without any issues. Also getting it to our home and inside of our home without any issues as well.We were able to get use out of the dryer for about two weeks, before we heard a big blowout. We reached out to Topline many times and informed of what’s going on receive no callbacks just to call them back to explain and for them to tell me that they do not send their technicians out to Titusville. They then gave me the information for Frigidaire, who i then called and they sent technicians out who stated we needed new fuses in the dryer. They also mentioned it could be more extensive but they would try with replacing the fuses first. This was just a diagnostic technician at this time, he then ordered 2 fuses and they arrived to my house.The technicians from Frigidaire came back to replace the fuses in the dryer when they then took apart the dryer and noticed how badly the dryer was damaged in the inside and that it wasn’t just 2 fuses that needed replacement, my dryer was now listed as a fire hazard! They also stated that the dryer needed a new thermostat!!!! And that Frigidaire will only replace the entire dryer within seven days of purchase. The technicians with Frigidaire asked where I purchased this dryer from because it is a fire hazard and is badly damaged in the inside it was.I asked the technician manager about taking legal action because the set was sold to me this way they stated that it’s technical because instead of having Topline deliver it, we picked it up ourselves so the store Topline can come back stating that we could have dropped it etc. In which the technician manager was correct because when I spoke to Topline store manager, he also stated that “ anything could’ve happened to the dryer between the time it left their store to the time it got to our home” basically indicating we did something to the dryer. He said it worked when they placed it on the floor.. well.. it worked here also for about 2 weeks in our home! Had I known we could be accused of something like that I would have just paid the delivery fee. However, that same accusation could also still apply, even if we had them deliver it. In that same saying they could also say “They don’t know what happened to the dryer once they delivered it.”With all of that being said, the dryer that we purchased from them is a fire hazard it is not worth being fixed due to safety concerns this is per the technicians that Frigidaire appliances hired. This unit is garbage. I will never purchase a Frigidaire product again due to them only giving seven days to fully replace a product. ( which is an insane short amount of time) I will also never purchased from Topline appliance again due to them selling me garbage. Regardless of what top line appliance says, I know that nothing happened to this appliance between the time we picked it up from the store to the time we delivered it to my home. I have nothing to lie about or gain out of this. I have paid off my payments to snap finance while going through Not having a working dryer and having to go to a laundromat and pay to dry my clothes.You guys will reap what you sow.
