My soon to be wife saw a beautiful dress online and went to the store and ordered the dress for our wedding day. She was worried about sizing so she wanted to go in person to make sure sizing wouldn’t be an issue. The women, Gracia and Rachel, helped her out by searching their store for dresses similar to the one she wanted that way they could figure out the best size. She ordered the dress and went back to the store once the dress came in and tried on the dress. Once again, Gracia and another associate Jordan, helped her with the fitting and went above and beyond to make her feel special and beautiful in the dress. She is beyond excited and I cannot wait to see her in this dress. Thank you again Gracia, Rachel and Jordan for helping my fiancé.

I haven't liked TORRIDs clothing for years. But I have to get on here and complain about the horrific smell in this particular store. It constantly smells like a dirty bathroom. Absolutely rank. Somebody needs to do something about it because it literally makes that whole section of the mall smell like poop. I'm not the first to complain about it. It's been going on for years. Whoever is responsible, whether it be the store or the mall, needs to fix it already. The fact yall have let it go on this long is wild.

Won’t shop at torrid anymore. I normally buy online cause the sales are good and many options. Sometimes these items don’t fit and I return them to this store but every time I come in they seem burdened by my returns for some strange reason.I came in once and tried to return a pair of underwear that I bought online cause they didn’t fit.And I know you can’t return the panties you buy in store but I got them online and showed them the receipt and said it could with the barcode. I then said I’ll just do it with fedex after that.I went around to shop more cause I went there to shop after my returns and the lady at the counter said awe it’s okay in a condescending tone cause my baby was upset.I bought a pair of shoes recently and they didn’t fit and I didn’t feel like going to this store to return them cause of the customer service.I mean I can shop anywhere else cause I still fit in sizes at other stores but other women who shop there probably can’t.The clothes are expensive and I was always cool with that but not so much with customer service. I also work in customer service and am really nice so I don’t understand the behavior.

The store smelled of straight sewage.. I was suffocating under the disturbing scent .. it definitely make for an uncomfortable shopping experience. I didn’t even get a chance to browse as I planned too since the smell was so over whelming. They need to seriously get that Stench checked out.. I am not sure how the workers are able to pull a full shift there.It’s wild cause people have been complaint as far as 6 months back..Please take care of the smell!!!!!!!!! ????- the clothing is a little over priced and dated. I recommend their lingerie and shoes ❤️

If you need a size 2 or 3x this is the perfect store to shop in, the clothes are up-to-date and fresh, and I can't say enough about how helpful the staff is!
